"We are thrilled with the services from Quikcare Landscaping and have called on them several times. The freeze destroyed our yard as well as a beautiful Christmas palm. We had some adjustments made to stay within our property lines, a sprinkler system installed and new sod put down. 1st, David is incredible. He and the office staff are kind, calm, and patient. I always feel valued when working with them. The crew came on time and started lining up their equipment in a very organized manner. They were all over the place like someone kicked an ant pile. The team worked together seamlessly. David even jumped into fray to help since there was so much to do. We are so happy with the finished job. Quikcare is the ONLY landscaping company you should ever use for your lawn and garden needs."

"Ryan's All in One did a fantastic job of overhauling the front of my Condo. They performed the complete tear out and install in only 2 days. The rock & water feature has been getting rave reviews from my neighbors for the last 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping and design services. Landscaping questions, answered by experts

Buying plants from a nursery is one thing, but ensuring that they are properly planted is another. While you might not need to hire a landscaper for every plant that you buy from a nursery, it’s a great idea to have their expertise and experience to plant larger items, like burlapped trees or specialty plants like rose bushes. Even better, before making a trip to a nursery to buy new plants, consult a local landscaper to test your soil for pH levels, soil texture, and phosphorus and potassium levels to help determine the best plants for your area.

Surface-level tree roots might only pose a small threat, such as being a tripping hazard or obstacle when you mow your lawn. But if mature tree roots start growing in the direction of your home’s foundation or plumbing system, it could be a real problem. Cutting small tree roots out before they grow too large can keep your home safe without removing the whole tree.

The best place to plant a rose bush is where it will be happiest. Growing roses is difficult if the location varies much from what the plants like. Choose a location that gets at least six hours of direct sunlight during the growing season but not much more than that in hot-climate locations. If such a spot doesn't exist in your yard, consider planting your rose in a movable container to take advantage of portability.

How much 4 yards of dirt will cover depends on how deep you want the soil to be. In general, a yard of dirt will cover 324 square feet for a 1-inch depth or 100 square feet for a 3-inch depth. Therefore, you can expect 4 yards to cover between 400 and 1,296 square feet if you keep your soil depth between 1 and 3 inches.

If you’re hiring a landscaper to plant the garden of your dreams, you do not need to provide them with plants that you bought yourself from a nursery. While you certainly can provide your landscaper with plants, keep in mind that some nurseries provide discounts to landscaping companies, therefore potentially lowering your materials cost. Beyond the cost of the plants themselves, you need to have additional materials like topsoil and mulch for the project. Most likely, your landscaper can get a discount on these materials as well, so it’s worth speaking with them before making any large purchases.
