"Luis arrived on time on Monday, 7/9 after I had only sent them the signed contract for the install on 7/5. Jose was very easy to work with and made sure everything was ready for the install by Monday. Alex arrived mid-afternoon to remove the old A/C from the property as well as inform of the warranty and maintenance agreements.
