"I purchased a new home and had the a/c thoroughly cleaned, checked and serviced. The person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Two technicians arrived on time and told me everything they were going to do and how long it should take (approx 45 mins to 1 hour). When finished they showed me what they found. I was expecting the worse, but they told me the unit was in great shape. A 'little low' on coolant so they added some - no additional charge. They were clean and tidy - and cleaned up after themselves. They walked me around the outside unit and explained what they had done. Inside, with me beside them, they checked the temperature out and showed me the reading at every vent. They suggested for our allergies that I had mentioned earlier, a UV light, that goes into the air handler (in the closet). They were not pushy at all - it was just an option. I had them install the UV light. And we have been getting cold air and sleeping well ever since. I can't recall the price and don't want to guess but i remember thinking the price was great. My extended family has used them three times since and have all been very happy with the price and service. our daughter and son-in-laws air was blowing warm summer of 2017 and a call to Aurora Air had a technician out the same day. They found a faulty part ($85) and replaced it. Good honest company and people."
