"I Highly recommend Keep It Cool Air Conditioning for repairs or new installation. Been using this company for many years. I will not call anyone else to work on any of my properties but Gary (owner) of Keep It Cool who is such an honest, reliable, trustworthy young man. Always outstanding performance."

"Great, We had a storm door installed, a side door to the garage and glass sliding doors. Martin was on time for every job and explained everything he had to do before starting work. if he had any problem he let me know ahead of time. Very nice man and I would have him back for every job needed in the future."

"The technicians completed the work professionally. The only issue I had was that they did not have all parts with them when they came in to install the A/C unit. They did not complete the job with the missing part a week later."

"We had a new AC unit and some new duct work installed by Tropic Air and Heat last month. They had been referred to us by some very reputable people in the industry ! I cannot say enough good about this company! We had several companies give us a quote, but Tropic was by far the most honest, knowledgeable and customer oriented! They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!!!! If I we could give them 10 stars, we would!"

"The process was great from the get go. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were quick to resolve the issues. The installers were very polite and professional and clean as well. They did a most excellent job and I would recommend to anybody. They replaced the complete a/c furnace system as well as the ductwork."

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"Solarshield did a great job on our roof. House looks great and it is a talk of the neighborhood. We had to wait a few months to get the work started, but that just tells you that they are popular and backlogged with work. Once the work started the crew and Frank himself worked diligently. At times there were delays, some weather based, a few not. But in the end the work was done well, with just a few minor hiccups. If I had another house that needed a roof - Solarshield would be my first call for sure."

"Left message on a Thursday afternoon, which Frank promptly responded to a couple hours later. Made arrangements for him to clean gutters and fix some faulty faucets for Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Frank turned up at 8:15 and was gone by 9:15 having completed everything to my satisfaction. He is courteous, left absolutely no mess, and an absolute gentleman.
I have made arrangements for him to return next week to pressure was the outside areas to get rid of the mold.
Have no hesitation in recommending Frank."
