"Great Customer Service. David, called me right back, came out same day to check problem. We set up the appt. for another day. He arrived on time, he is very knowledgeable and polite. He recommended a overflow switch, I agreed he also cleaned unit, reconfigured my pvc piping, installed my Nest thermostat and I could be more pleased. I have already recommended him to my Boss! So, you know he has to be good. Pricing was very fair. ARS Air Conditioning came out priced the same job, but, they were almost 2 times higher in pricing and are crooks. David of Sophisticated Air Conditioning is the greatest. I will call him whenever I have a problem. You should too!"

"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

He and his helper, Jeff, cleaned up my garage better than they found it.
