"They cleaned up after the job is done and send us picture of unit they installed"

"I had other supposedly rentable businesses in this area quote me as high as $2600 plus"

"I Highly recommend Keep It Cool Air Conditioning for repairs or new installation. Been using this company for many years. I will not call anyone else to work on any of my properties but Gary (owner) of Keep It Cool who is such an honest, reliable, trustworthy young man. Always outstanding performance."

"The plumbers arrived on time, completed the job in a timely fashion, left a clean work site and did quality work. I had a toilet and faucet installed and minor repairs on two toilets. The cost for installing the faucet was at the higher end of the range for the area, but the overall price of the entire was well within range considering they had to remove the existing an existing toilet from the second floor. Having dealt with plumbers in the past who didn't come when they say they would or don't know what they're doing, I was pleased with the convenience, organization and quality."

"Greyguard heating and cooling has earned every bit of this five star review. They installed my new AC unit on August 1, 2025. and the entire process was smooth. professional and efficient. Fast forward to this morning when I woke up with no heat - never a fun thing. I called Greyguard and they showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their installations and responds so promptly when you need them. I am genuinely impressed and grateful for their service. I highly recommend Greyguard for anyone needing reliable heating or cooling support"

"Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"Tom arrived on time. He was very professional and quickly reviewed the "to-do" list. He fixed one of my screen panels and then changed a patio bulb that was needing a ladder to reach. He then changed my 14 feet high ceiling bulbs. He hung a picture and a mirror. He then worked on a curtain rod that needed to be fixed. Lastly, he completed my Flat screen TV installation on the wall. (another contractor could not finish the job). I would highly recommend Tom for any handyman jobs.  I would definitely use him again. Great Job!!
