"Brian and his colleague were wonderful.  I was under a time crunch and they performed the installation with ease and in less than three hours.  I was truly impressed by their professionalism and ongoing communication process with me during the installation.
Also, as I mentioned in a previous post prior to the installation, Andy (the owner) and Shelly (Andy's assistant) are phenomenal. 
I look forward to having my 11 windows completed by Guardian as well as soon as I receive approval from the condo Home Owner's Association.

"Mr. Holmes showed up as he said he would, and installed the 2 Ecobee units, which required some additional wiring to be placed in the systems in our garage. While doing this he also recognized that a transformer in one of our units in the garage should get replaced to prevent a bigger problem from happening. The job took about 2.5 hours, which is what I expected. Mr. Holmes ability to explain the problem directly and address the issue in a timely and cost effective manner is one of the many reasons that we continue to utilize his services, and would highly recommend him to others as well. He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date.
