"The installation went as expected. What I'm very pleased with is the after sale service. My unit was installed three years ago. It stopped cooling last night. After trying everything I knew to try, I called Bart. He walked me through everything I could check. After 20 minutes on the phone, he told me to jiggle a control wire to the compressor. Wow, it came on. He asked when my last lawn service was, answer- yesterday. He said that, often, a worker could hit that wire with the weedeater and break the connection. Told me how to make the repair myself, as long as I felt comfortable doing it safely. If I ran into any trouble, call him. He spend 20 minutes, 8:30 in the evening to help me avoid a service call.
