"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"Tom arrived on time. He was very professional and quickly reviewed the "to-do" list. He fixed one of my screen panels and then changed a patio bulb that was needing a ladder to reach. He then changed my 14 feet high ceiling bulbs. He hung a picture and a mirror. He then worked on a curtain rod that needed to be fixed. Lastly, he completed my Flat screen TV installation on the wall. (another contractor could not finish the job). I would highly recommend Tom for any handyman jobs.  I would definitely use him again. "Dan came on time fully prepared to work. He got the eave painted and the spigots fixed, then it started raining. He scheduled us for the next weekend to finish the work. When he came back he attached the antenna mount to the side of the house, put the antenna on the mount and coiled and stapled the antenna wire to the side of the house.
I have used Dan for several other jobs. He has always been punctual and courteous, and has done an excellent job with any handyman job I have given him to do. He does not charge me for the work until the job is done, even if it takes several visits to complete properly (had one job that required several visits due to materials needing to dry and set before completing the next step of the job).
