"Thomas arrived on time for an initial inspection of our system. He listened to my concerns about our AC system and suggested several options for us to choose from. We agreed on a solution to our complaint. He showed up on time to implement the fix. He installed the components for the fix we agreed on. He cleaned up the work site after he completed his work. He explained what to expect from the fix and answered all the questions I had. He was very congenial at all times. He is my new AC expert."

"Quick to make appoint. Very thorough! Took the time to diagnose furnace issue ,ordered part and installed it in a very timely manner! Would definitely use again and recommend them!"

"The process was great from the get go. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were quick to resolve the issues. The installers were very polite and professional and clean as well. They did a most excellent job and I would recommend to anybody. They replaced the complete a/c furnace system as well as the ductwork."

Aire Serv of Space Coast handles air conditioning repair, replacement, and installation, along with heating service for furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers, for homes throughout Melbourne. The same team also performs tune-ups and preventive maintenance designed to catch small issues before they turn into a breakdown, which matters during the long stretch of hot, humid months this part of Florida sees each year.\n\nEvery visit is priced by the job rather than by the hour, so the cost approved before work begins is the cost on the final invoice, whether the appointment is a routine tune-up or a full system replacement. In-person estimates are provided free of charge on every service, including replacement jobs, so a homeowner can compare options without any cost or obligation. If a repair turns out to be the right call instead of replacement, there's no diagnostic fee once that repair is completed.

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"They came within a few days as scheduled snd got the job done quickly. They were fair in their pricing. My dryer works since they unplugged the lent going through the exhaust to the roof. They do all konds of repairs snd new installs I eoukd use them again"

"Charles has reviewed the project and provided a written estimate of materials and costs. Old wood framing removed, old windows removed. New pressure-treated framing cut to fit and installed. Extra-strength glass ordered. Owner applied window tint film, then Charles installed windows. All sealant and nailing completed. Owner will prime and paint after a few weeks of weathering."

"We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. The buck stops with Frank; he supervises the work himself and came to rectify minor issues that we had after the work was done. He prides himself on his work and satisfied customers are his ultimate goal. He's very laid back and a calming and cheerful presence in the midst of the upheaval a new roof inevitably entails. An example of his going above and beyond: we thought there was some leakage into a house and Frank came down specifically to check it out. Before we arrived to meet him (it was my mother’s house) he got up on the roof and blew out the gutters for us. It turned out rain was blowing in through a gable vent and Frank offered to have a hood fabricated and shipped to us for us to install. Who else would have taken the trouble to rectify a problem not of his making? We recommend him without reservation."

"Frank was really great to work with.  I have a rental that the tenants left in terrible shape.  The rental is in Florida and I am in Minnesota.  I called on Frank and he did everything that I asked him to do without ever meeting me.  It was so great to be able to trust someone!  He was there when he said he was going to be, the price was great, and he finished everything in record time!  He was always looking for ways that might save me some money, even returning items to the store if he didn't need them.  I would greatly recommend Frank and would definitely hire him again!
