An example of his going above and beyond: we thought there was some leakage into a house and Frank came down specifically to check it out. Before we arrived to meet him (it was my mother’s house) he got up on the roof and blew out the gutters for us. It turned out rain was blowing in through a gable vent and Frank offered to have a hood fabricated and shipped to us for us to install.
