In Florida, figured it was time to replace rather than to put a band aid on it...Salesman came to my home, explained all options. I had 2 other estimates. Chose DAIKIN brand.... ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."

After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect!
