"Nice, professional and would hire again. He came out right away. It took awhile to get the part replaced but He came his next available appointment. I would use again because of his honesty and reasonable price."

"Mike from Home-Res-Que was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He did an excellent job on screening a difficult porch enclosure. He left the jobsite clean and double checked his work. It is so nice to have work done by a responsible professional."

"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."

"Did a outstanding job and would hire again"

"Rickey Cheeks did a major renovation to my condo some six years ago. His bid was middle of the range of bids i received from contractors. I highly recommend him for any construction, renovation, or remodelling work for the following reasons: QUALITY- his expectations of sub-contractors were higher even than mine , the owner. He once commented to a sub-contractor “ Mr T is renovating not for functionality but for aesthetics. These cabinets have to be perfect” HONESTY- the price he quoted me was the price he charged me even though many unforeseen complications arose CREATIVITY- he solved a long standing design defect in bathroom cabinetry that no one else successfully addressed in the many years and numerous other renovations in this condo building-now the redesign appears to be the norm. FLEXIBILITY- after placing diagonal tile in the living area I decided I wanted it in the bedrooms as well. He said “no problem” and returned the laminate wood, the agreed upon approach, and picked up more tile. I expected an upcharge but he said the two approaches were close in costs. In summary, in my role as chief executive officer for 23 years in large organizations I oversaw billions of dollars in new construction, additions and renovations. I dealt with hundreds of architects , contractors and subcontractors either directly or through other administrators and as such have concluded that Mr. Cheeks is a rarity in the field. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is without peer. As I indicated above, I unequivocally, with neither hesitation nor reservation, recommend him for your next construction , renovation, or remodelling project."

"Frank has done a wonderful job!  He hasn't left a spot untouched!  He is even working with us on the pricing!  I would highly recommend his services."

"It went extremely well. At our first meeting, Gayl also determined my preferences in everything from color schemes to furniture styles to art. As some previous members have said in their reports, she's very willing to work within a client's budget, likes and dislikes, and to accommodate favorite furnishings or art. She can direct clients toward supply sources ranging from exclusive designer showrooms to the local Home Depot or Lowe's, depending on their budget. She is the opposite of the stereotyped interior decorator who breezes into a home and imposes her own tastes, or the fad of the month, on the customer. Gayl's services are not inexpensive but are well worth the cost, considering the experience and conscientiousness you get in return. Hiring her was my first experience with an Angie's List recommendation and was worth the annual subscription price, even if I had never consulted the list again."
