"The bathroom had to be taken down to the joists and studs because of termite and water damage. They did it all. From destruction to renovation. All subcontractors were extremely professional, experienced and talented. The end result is a beautiful modern bathroom. We delayed the project several times for personal health reasons. Jeff never blinked. He was very accommodating and flexible. When we were finally ready he started on the agreed upon date. Throughout the project he kept us up to date what and when would happen next. In other words they showed up on time. Highly recommend!"

"Ok, I did a prepaid purchase for 8 hours of painting. When I bought it I knew I had to supply the paint. I did not know I had to supple the rollers and paint brushes. Then we were told that the base boards would be extra. Also charged for $25 to move the furniture. I am not sure how much 8 hours of painting usually gets done. That being said, the paint work was well done, cleaned up very nicely."

"Rickey Cheeks did a major renovation to my condo some six years ago. His bid was middle of the range of bids i received from contractors. I highly recommend him for any construction, renovation, or remodelling work for the following reasons: QUALITY- his expectations of sub-contractors were higher even than mine , the owner. He once commented to a sub-contractor “ Mr T is renovating not for functionality but for aesthetics.
