"I wanted a bathroom created in an area of my home that was not plumbed for water or sewer. AAA did such a nice job creating my bathroom that I asked them to remodel my kitchen several years later. The kitchen remodel included knocking out a concrete block wall. AAA employees and subcontractors are stable; it was pretty much the same group for each project. Joe, the owner, provided just the right amount of supervision and he stood behind the work completed by his company. I had a very modest home and AAA treated me just as well as I imagine they treat their high-end customers. One of my regrets about moving out of Florida is that I will not get to do another job with AAA."

"Ok, I did a prepaid purchase for 8 hours of painting. When I bought it I knew I had to supply the paint. I did not know I had to supple the rollers and paint brushes. Then we were told that the base boards would be extra. Also charged for $25 to move the furniture. I am not sure how much 8 hours of painting usually gets done. That being said, the paint work was well done, cleaned up very nicely."

FLEXIBILITY- after placing diagonal tile in the living area I decided I wanted it in the bedrooms as well. He said “no problem” and returned the laminate wood, the agreed upon approach, and picked up more tile. I expected an upcharge but he said the two approaches were close in costs. In summary, in my role as chief executive officer for 23 years in large organizations I oversaw billions of dollars in new construction, additions and renovations. I dealt with hundreds of architects , contractors and subcontractors either directly or through other administrators and as such have concluded that Mr. Cheeks is a rarity in the field. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is without peer.
