"Ok, I did a prepaid purchase for 8 hours of painting. When I bought it I knew I had to supply the paint. I did not know I had to supple the rollers and paint brushes. Then we were told that the base boards would be extra. Also charged for $25 to move the furniture. I am not sure how much 8 hours of painting usually gets done. That being said, the paint work was well done, cleaned up very nicely."

"They did have to reschedule but that was weather related and they were there the following day as promised. The crew did an amazing job and took their time to get it right. The gutters look sturdy and the appropriate size and a huge improvement over what I had previously. "I wanted a bathroom created in an area of my home that was not plumbed for water or sewer. AAA did such a nice job creating my bathroom that I asked them to remodel my kitchen several years later. The kitchen remodel included knocking out a concrete block wall. AAA employees and subcontractors are stable; it was pretty much the same group for each project. Joe, the owner, provided just the right amount of supervision and he stood behind the work completed by his company. I had a very modest home and AAA treated me just as well as I imagine they treat their high-end customers. One of my regrets about moving out of Florida is that I will not get to do another job with AAA."

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "Rickey Cheeks did a major renovation to my condo some six years ago. His bid was middle of the range of bids i received from contractors. I highly recommend him for any construction, renovation, or remodelling work for the following reasons: QUALITY- his expectations of sub-contractors were higher even than mine , the owner. He once commented to a sub-contractor “ Mr T is renovating not for functionality but for aesthetics. These cabinets have to be perfect” HONESTY- the price he quoted me was the price he charged me even though many unforeseen complications arose CREATIVITY- he solved a long standing design defect in bathroom cabinetry that no one else successfully addressed in the many years and numerous other renovations in this condo building-now the redesign appears to be the norm. FLEXIBILITY- after placing diagonal tile in the living area I decided I wanted it in the bedrooms as well. He said “no problem” and returned the laminate wood, the agreed upon approach, and picked up more tile. I expected an upcharge but he said the two approaches were close in costs. In summary, in my role as chief executive officer for 23 years in large organizations I oversaw billions of dollars in new construction, additions and renovations. I dealt with hundreds of architects , contractors and subcontractors either directly or through other administrators and as such have concluded that Mr. Cheeks is a rarity in the field. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is without peer.
