Phil and Stacy took wonderful care of us during our renovations! They are certainly experts in their field and we have the remodel to prove it! From being punctual and attentive to helping bring our dream kitchen to life! Phil always made sure the work site was clean at the end of every day, to be thoughtful of my asthma and new pregnancy. Phil also made sure that we had a functional area to still be able to cook in and get meals ready! Stacy helped make sure that with the new design weâ d be able to see our little one from anywhere while weâ re in the kitchen and this has given us such peace of mind being able to have that ability with her design she created specially for us! I would recommend them over and over again!

Philip went way above and beyond for our kitchen renovation. Motivated by the fact that our original cabinets fell off the wall a week after we moved in, Philip was more than on top of figuring out a workable design for our small kitchen. We always wanted waterfalls on our island and he made it happen! The quality of work was excellent, and his subs for drywall and tile were some of the nicest (and fastest) I've ever met. When you work with Philip and 3D building, you get the whole package. Plus he's got great stories that make you miss him when he leaves! We will most definitely be throwing more future projects his way!

My wife and I got 3 estimates for a kitchen remodel and decided to go with Phil. It was great to know the owner was heavily involved, spearheading the project rather than the other two sales people we met with. He had the experience we were looking for. I could write a book on how great our experience was with 3D Building and Remodeling! We have worked with them for three projects â  our master bath remodel, â  man caveâ  cabinetry and most recently a kitchen and spare bathroom remodel. Our kitchen remodel was ambitious - we wanted to completely reconfigure our kitchen to make it more functional and modern, and Philâ  s ideas far exceeded our expectations! He worked with us from start to finish to design the cabinetry for both the kitchen and bathroom and suggested finishes that flowed with our house, creating a cohesive look. He took the time to really listen to our ideas and offered suggestions every step of the way, to include moving electrical, appliance, and island lighting. His attention to detail was impressive â  I felt like he was working on his own kitchen. I knew if I thought of a potential problem, Phil had already identified it and had a solution ready to go. Our project was finished quicker than I expected, within our budget, and looks like it could be on the cover of a magazine. We couldnâ  t have completed this project with any other company â  the work was of the highest quality and Phil was our partner every step of the way reducing stress! My husband and I needed a complete remodeling of a villa we just purchased and felt completely overwhelmed about where to start. We are not from the area so did our research and interviewed several companies. Finally, I called 3D Building and Remodeling and spoke with the owner Phil. We met with him and immediately knew we were in good hands. He listened to our wants and needs, asked great questions and gave us some very interesting/savvy ideas to consider. What a wonderful experience. My anxiety level dropped significantly as we watched in awe as Phil went into action measuring our space and jotting down notes. He took no time at all to return with reasonable estimates and options. Once the project began we had no doubt we chose the right company. I hired Phil of 3D Building & Remodeling LLC to remodel my kitchen in November 2020. After meeting him a few times, I knew he was a kind and honest man. He rushed to get me a 3D design so that I could visualize the layout of my new kitchen. After a few tweaks, he immediately ordered the cabinets. When he knew the cabinets were shipping, he did the demo work with another guy so that I could have a kitchen as along as possible without too much down time. His main goal was for me to have a "functioning kitchen" for Christmas Eve's big Italian celebration and I did! Phil handled everything and coordinated the plumber, electrician, tiler and carpenter. I enjoyed going with his wife Stacy to pick out stone and back splash. All the contractors had good work ethnics and that was important to me. Everyone was professional and Phil worked endlessly to meet my needs and to make sure everything was perfect! I absolutely love my new kitchen and lighting, and I would definitely hire Philip De Terlizzi of 3D Building & Remodeling, LLC for future renovations.

These guys were top notch! Even with COVID slowing down suppliers, Phil's team was awesome! The project grew from more than just the kitchen to include the dining room, living room and guest bathroom. We couldn't ask for any better results as we are so very pleased with the result. They were very good with recommendations for updates as well as was able to give a real good idea of what everything would look like before construction began. We will be having Phil and his team doing more projects for us in the very near future to make the rest of the house as updated as the kitchen. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Started out as a total kitchen remodel and then had them do a bathroom remodel. Easy to work with and superb workmanship on the project. Great design ideas and we are thrilled with the final project.

Very professional, and very good custom work for my kitchen cabinets. Philip followed through with all subcontractors and made sure the work was done to perfection. Kitchen remodel. He did an amazing job. Personable and kind. Everybody he brought in was wonderful - licensed, bonded etc. It went like clockwork. Finished on time and then put up my Halloween decorations. everything was clean - didn't leave a mess. Seventeen inspections and they passed they. He was very reasonably priced. I got such value - I got my money's worth and so much much more!

He is a good guy. Very professional. He follows up and is timely, he makes sure it's done right.
