"Anthony was the last contractor who made the estimate. The first was at $13,200 to replace 6 ducts and plenum, second at $5700 for the same job. The third one was at $6000 to replace every duct in the house . "2 years ago we called Air America because they were one of the few AC repair places that would come out on a holiday weekend (yes, there was a surcharge.) Unfortunately we needed a new unit. Since then we have had a maintenance contract (approx $150/yr, they check the unit every 6 months and clean the drain which was always a major problem for us and you get a discount on other services.) We have now moved to a new home and called them to check the 3 units. We had noticed a musty/mold like smell. When the tech opened the panel it was covered in mold.
