They repaired my wine cooler that was still under warranty. The manufacturer customer service was questionable but my tech persevered through it and got my cooler up and running again. I'm eternally grateful.

PerfecTemp handled the warranty work on my Hayward Pool Heater. They were patient with my wife and I to make the decision to move forward as labor costs were a bit of an issue - once we decided to move forward (otherwise why have a heater right?) they were quick to show up with the new heat exchanger and installation. We had one hiccup with the installation, and regardless of timing, the company stood behind its work and addressed our problem immediately and to my satisfaction. Every exchange cannot be seamless, and you learn a lot about a company they way they handle bumps in the road - Sean and Perfect Temp handled our bumps like true professionals. I would highly recommend and I believe they are the only company that installs and warranties Hayward products. Move forward with confidence.

Perfectemp did and excellent job. They started installation of our central air conditioner the day they said they would. They followed the required town codes and cleaned up after. They asserted that they stand behind their work and were very polite. Perfectemp is not the cheapest but they were less expensive than their competitors in our neighborhood including a major company that we have used over the past 10 years. We recommend Perfectemp to our friends and neighbors.

Courtesy, Home visit for quotation, very professional, show over three alternatives. Complete inspection on AC unit. Provide information about financing the new unit. When over the service they will provided, the hours that will take the installation. Company warranties on unit and information about maintenance services after the first year of the installation. In General Shaun provide me information in order to take my decision. I buy my AC unit from them. Great service, installation done in less than estimated.

Their appraisals were accurate, they kept all schedules they made and they did a very thorough and complete job. All their personnel were polite and courteous. Some of the competing proposals we received were questionable as to whether they could fit the new equipment into the existing space. Perfectemp encountered some difficulties when the equipment was not the size advertised, but they found ways to install it and meet all of their proposals.

I got the best price and service from this company. they were professional and very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. We are very satisfied with the process and the end result.

this is my second experience with this company, as they replaced my home's AC a few years back. They go the extra mile for their customers. Both times they made visits to add coolant until the new units could be installed. And both times they had the best price. And once the price is set, they stand behind it, even when unforseen events adds cost on their part. I will use them again.

Very impressed with initial visit. We needed someone to come out on a Saturday. Shaun looked at entire system, not just the air conditioner. Quote was in line with othe providers. Installation scheduled quickly (for Monday), installers were very professional. I have already recommended this vendor to friends.
