Excellent service at a fair price. I received a response right away with a quote and day to do the work. The technicians arrived promptly, and were very knowledgeable, explaining everything we needed to know about the system. The new system is much more efficient than our previous one. Edward's Air has exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them again for any of our A/C and heating service/maintenance needs.

My new AC has leaked multiple times and ruined my flooring. Now there is mold. They want to charge me $675 to clean the coil that is spotless clean. This company is a ripoff. Now I am suing them. I saw another post by a guy putting together a class action suit against them that I will be joining. Do not use this company. They are awful.

"This is not true The true story is we installed a new system in 2017 There are dogs in the residence and we were called out in 2018 and explained that the filter has to be changed every month in some cases 2 times a month. We did a coil cleaning at no charge at this time. The coil was full of dog hair. We were called out to do a check and see why the unit is leaking 2 weeks ago and found the coil full of dog hair once again, so we had explained again about changing the filter and gave a quote for pulling the coil and acid washing it. The owner did not accept the bid and did not use us for this cleaning. Instead they went on several social media sites and proceeded to bad mouth us, and we have not done the work. This is very upsetting especially with the fact that we have done free work to help the customer with system. And also explained how important it is to keep the filter clean."

They did good job, Lucas came in to check on the air conditioner,and then another technician came to do the maintenance, and everything was working well. Lucas was very very nice and very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, the technician did not a very thorough job on the items that were specified in the deal, such as "Inspecting duct work for energy loss" and algaecide cleaner was not sprayed on the inside evaporator coil, etc. and left a mess on the floor. When I called in that late evening to inquire about this, the operator was more interested in having an argument than in resolving the matter. And I did not want the pictures of the equipment to be taken, as I saw no point in dealing with the company that does not fulfill its obligations. Please familiarize your operators with the terms of the deal and stop arguing with your customers, when they have questions about your services.

The ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The newer of the two A/C units had not been properly sealed. Edwards' personnel resealed the unit. The older of the two units was approximately 14 years old and on its last legs. The Edwards' personnel took photos to show the rusted condition. They removed the old unit and installed a new unit. Richard and Randall did a very professional job. The service manager, Douglas, later came out to inspect the work.

Jim, our technician, did a really great job installing our kitchen exhaust duct. He arrived early and completed the job quickly and skillfully under very difficult working conditions (attic must've been 120 degrees). We really appreciate the great service provided by Edward's!

They come out every 6 months just about. I pay $148 a year. I have had some problems with them on certain things, but I can't say an A because I have had some issues. It was only one certain person. Overall they are pretty good. Their price is good, price is an A.
I have had issues with them not getting back to me. I had them fix my drainage on my HVAC unit. One of the guys stepped up on my board and he messed my ceiling up by pushing down. I called them several items on that about repairing it. I was pretty upset about it. Everything else they have done was fine. They installed my whole unit in the beginning. They did a lot of work for me when we first bought the house, and they were great. But a couple years later I had that issue, and they did not get back to me.
They come when they say. If they make an appointment they are here. The regular maintenance guys are very professional. The guys the sent that day are not. They are my regular maintenance guys. They only had that issue that one time, other than that everything they had done was great.

They came in. They were very professional. They gave me a contract price. Last week or two weeks ago they came over and gave me a free maintenance inspection. In order to keep your warranty, you have to have it inspected once a year but the first time it's free. They called me for the free checkup. They are on the ball.

Repair completed within an hour and I was on my way to cool calm & collected! This was the second time over the course of about 12 years that I had an air conditioning emergency. On both occasions, Ed was most responsive and solved my problems quickly.

Edward showed up right after my call, gave me an estimate by the end of the day. Sent a crew member the next day to demo old ducting. They came back the next day and rebuilt the duct in the same place for reasons unknown. Edward apologized and sent the crew back out to take it down and make it right.
The rest of the construction was done and I called Edward to send crew with diffusers and install. The diffusers took some time to get so I had to wait until the last few days of my construction deadline for the install. The diffusers were installed except one. I had to call them back to come and install the last diffuser as well as straighten/square several diffusers. There were a few mistakes, however, Edward and his crew were responsive and did what was asked at a fair price.

They offered to let me have time to decide what I wanted to do. They also said they could immediately repair or replace if I was ready to make decision. They started working once I made up my mind. i felt that since my system was 8 years old that I should not bother to repair as I might be throwing good money into old system with not guarantee. They did duct work, removed very heavy old equipment and took it away. They had broom and dustpan and tidied up everywhere they made a mess since there was a lot of debris. They made sure there was not one speck of dirt or dust. They worked very hard. The boss is hands-on and was there in person to oversee the job.
