"You never know what you are going to get when you deal with any company in South Florida. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is one in a million in that area! They are so professional, they do great work, and there is never a need for them to come back and try to fix what they did not fix the first time around. I have a maintenance plan and they have inspection/maintenance calls, this was the reason for their last visit. They are so accommodating, special arrangements had to be made to get someone in the house to let the repairman in. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. There are a few ways to reduce your electricity bills if you use window AC units to keep cool. Set the unit temperature at least 1 degree higher than it is currently to reduce costs. Condensation forms when warmer, outside air combines with cooler air in your ductwork. This depends on the extent of the freezing. Some ACs only need an hour or two to thaw out, but others may need a full day to completely unfreeze.
