STAY AWAY! in Dec. 2023 I bought a high-end AC from them at $5,600.00. It is now July 2024, 7 months from install. I called them as the AC was not working properly. They tell me it is not an AC problem and is not covered under the warranty, it was a condensation line problem. They told me, going forward I will need and should have Maintenance Service twice a year at $350.00. Totally outrageous. STAY AWAY FROM FLOIRDA CLEAN AIR PLUS.

Alex, who came to our house, was very professional and helpful. He took the time to provide us with a lot of detail about how our system was working and a number of options for what we could do going forward. We didn't feel pressured to make decisions right away, or to spend a lot of money. Just good, detailed, clear information. We will definitely use this company again, highly recommend

When I contacted them I was looking for prices. They gave me a very thorough explanation about their services and even sent me a text message so I would know which number to call to schedule the appointment once Iâ ve found out they are the best option. They really had the best prices. The technicians seemed to know what they were doing and the ac is working perfectly.

I called them on wednesday and on the same day they arrived and checked everything up. Since itâ s for my business, Iâ m happy they could take care of everything without us having to sacrifice our business day. Everything is working perfectly now.

My ac wasnt cooling as much as it should and every company i called was trying to oversell me some stuff that i clearly didnt need. Florida clean air checked the ac, and in the same day everything was working, and i didnâ t have to buy anything else except for their service. finally a company i can trust.

No one told Me that the ac needed maintenance every six months and here I was, 2 years into the apt and never even checked it once. The ac wasnt cooling (obviously) and I called florida clean air plus.
