"What a fantastic company! Absolutely recommend them. Our system had to be replaced and we called three companies. The owner Aury came out for the quote. He was straight forward with ZERO pressure. The Wise AC quote was lower for a 2.5T unit versus the others who offered a 2T. The installation crew arrived exactly on time, they were incredibly professional, clean and polite. The owner came back on site to make sure the installation was going well and jumped in to help out his team. "You never know what you are going to get when you deal with any company in South Florida. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is one in a million in that area! They are so professional, they do great work, and there is never a need for them to come back and try to fix what they did not fix the first time around. I have a maintenance plan and they have inspection/maintenance calls, this was the reason for their last visit. They are so accommodating, special arrangements had to be made to get someone in the house to let the repairman in. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had enough of dealing with waiting for them to get their stuff together and my fiancé finally called True Breeze Heating and Cooling, LLC. and told them we needed a new compressor for our unit. Anyways, these guys, Tiwayne and Aaron, showed up the next day with the correct parts and got it working! We live in a condo and there was a hick-up with the insurance paperwork. These two gentlemen waited around for 3 hours until the paperwork finally came through. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Tiwayne and Aaron! With all the BS that we've been dealing with the other company and the fact that while they were working on fixing out A/C I was coming home from surgery. These guys really saved the day. Thank you so much! Also , it's worth mentioning that these guys didn't try to upsell us on anything or tell us that the entire unit needed to be replaced. "Jose was on time and started working right away. He cleaned every single vent in the property along with the AC Coils and Dryer vent. Went above and beyond by cleaning the exterior of the air handler, something I don't think was included in the service but I had asked him originally if he knew someone who could do it (the answer was not really, but he did it himself anyway). Didn't notice he had done it until he had already left, but I truly appreciate it! Would definitely hire again!"
