The technician arrived and found unit off on high head pressure. Told us that the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Then proceeded to high pressure sell us a completely new system. FYI inferior quality system to the one we have. I told him that we would consider and leave an proposal (for more than $5000). Charge $79 for the service call. Got another company to come out and turns out the problem was the fan shroud had come loose and fell into the unit blocking the air flow. This other company reinstalled the existing fan shroud with a few screws and unit starting work just fine.

James was at our house in < 1 hour (9pm on a holiday eve!). He was polite and did everything possible to fix our A/C ASAP. Very nice & helpful. Would recommend.
