"David and his crew(James and Peter) did a great job restoring our marble kitchen counter tops to better than new condition. David is a true "Professional" and is a pleasure to work with. From estimate to completion, he and his crew were amazing. They spent about an hour just prepping the area(covering appliances and floors with plastic sheeting) to avoid damage and make for an easy clean up. David is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. Thank you David and crew."

"This is my first review I have ever posted about anything and I hate that it has to be negative. The work done and the pavers themselves are great. What has me so upset enough though to share my experience is how this company has made me feel as an unimportant and invaluable customer. As a first time home owner I was excited to make additions to my home, including a back patio area that I hired this company to do. I was very patient and understanding with the amount of time it took for the manufacturer to deliver the pavers. I noticed that when they were delivered it did not seem like enough and I mentioned that to the rep I had be dealing with. He told me it should be enough and if not he will get more. The day of installation he realized there were not enough pavers to complete the job. Well knowing how long it took to get the pavers the first time I was patient I did not bother him regarding the rest of the pavers until probably 3 weeks later, he brushed me off and said he would look into it. 2 more weeks I contacted him again with the same question, again he is looking into it. Finally I called at which that point he finally answered and said he had the wrong square footage for the estimate and i needed to pay the extra amount to finish the job. So almost 2 months later I am being told this! I honestly would not have minded paying the extra amount if he had been honest from the beginning. Not only that but “looking into the rest of the pavers” was a lie, he never actually ordered more until the day I spoke with him. The rep did finally agree to “eat the cost” and he would expedite the order of more pavers. Well 3 weeks later after being told “next week” multiple times, I called the office and I am being told it will be another 3 weeks. Basically, point of this story is if you want a small job complete that isn’t making this company thousands of dollars you will not get quality service. I was hesitant in sharing this experience before the completion of my patio but at this point it doesn’t matter. It is a shame that I have to share such a negative experience. I was planning on using this company to install a paved driveway, that is money this company has lost."

Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."
