Very responsive, solid work and did everything he promised.

It went great.  Jason and his designer Danielle met with me 3 seperate times to help me design the remodel.  They are very accomidating, low pressure and seem to be very honest in regards to recomendations that woudl give me the design I wanted near the price I wanted to pay.  His employees where very nice and polite threw out the project.   I had new crown molding, base boards, door trim, draperies, and blinds installed as well as having the entire room re painted.

I found Keen Construction through a refferal from a friend to have some work done to my home.  I checked out their web site and placed a contact request online.  The owner replied within an hour and we scheduled a appointment for the following day. He showed up on time and we discussed what I wanted to do.  For all the work outside and inside he seemed very knowledgeable. He drew out concepts and even painted on the ground some layout examples in my front and back yard to help me start visualizing the projects. He took measurements and we set up a meeting for the following week to meet with his design assistant and project engineer.  Long story short it was easy to work with Jason and his staff to put my ideas onto paper of how I wanted my house to look.  
We gutted my kitchen, master bath, floors and back patio.  He removed the texture on my ceilings and applied new texture, installed all new tile on my floors and in my bathroom and kitchen. He installed new cabintes, appliances, counter tops and fixtures. He repainted the ceilings and walls in the rooms that we where working in and then cleaned the entire house.  On the outside of the house we knocked out the walls of my patio and poured a new exterior concrete patio. He built a base beyond my new patio with some sort of crused rock and then instrallled a paver area with raised seating and a gas fire pit in the center, added concrete block seating all the way around my new concrete patio with exterior lighting and painted it to match my house. The entire job was designed and built by his own employees and they were easy to work with. The project was finished on schedule and looked amazing. Initially, I thought his price was high, but after seeing the time he personally took with me to show me my options as well as seeing how much time, effort and precision his people put into building everything I would have actually have paid more if I had known what I was going to get for my money.  At the end of the job he asked me if I  would write a review for him on angies list as he had just joined the service and I am happy to say that I am more than happy to join Angies list to tout his work.
