Description of Work
Well, the guy came out, measured and was really friendly and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Said he'd get me an estimate to look at "in a couple of hours." Nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting to see the estimate. In fairness, this guy isn't much different than most contractors in Florida. Follow-through doesn't seem to be a priority to any of them.
