Terrance came in with the lowest bid by far, which initially concerned me, but he did a great job on my driveway extension, which also included tearing out and replacing a portion of the existing driveway. He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. We discussed our future project of replacing old sod with new sod along with new azaleas. He quoted another fair price and we agreed to do the upgrade. The new sod looks great and cut good around the corners and green. His team dug out an old tree and replaced with new azaleas. The new azaleas on both sides of front door were planted in a strategic direction to bring the best look. Also completed new brown mulch on all the beds on the property with expert mulching.
