Randy even installed the drainage for the driveway (included with the original estimate). Communication is outstanding; Randy texted me and called me with whatever questions he had for me and was available to answer the numerous ones I had for him. The guys sent almost a whole day grading the driveway and getting in level and another day and a half paving the whole driveway (not a small task, I assure you!) 10/10 would recommend!"

"Peter did our landscaping and given we were renting the property we wanted someone who could also provide the full lawn service. The service started fine but we were getting periodic feedback from our tenants that they were not showing up on a regular basis. Our tenants also sent photos of things not being taken care of. When we reached out to Peter he was very confrontational and aggressive. Over the a period of seven months, the incidences increased and service kept declining. I finally reached out to another provider who walked the property and shared some tough things with us, money we were charged for services was not being reflected in the condition of the property. Over the last period someone had changed the sprinkler zones to five minutes and all our new sod was dying, Sprinkler heads were grown over and others were broken. When you are paying someone $250 a month for full service and extra for mulch, our property should not look the way it does. Nothing was being maintained, overgrown bushes, weeds in the paver driveway, palm tree frods , you name it, not doing their job. Very disappointed in how this turned out."

Once we agreed to just go with a seal coat, he contacted us regularly to let us know he was waiting for a rain free couple of days to get the job done. It was September in Florida so you can imagine that there was a wait time of several weeks but his regular contacts made us know he had not forgotten about us. Very professional.
