"We were on a short turn schedule due to another contractor falling out and spoke to the owner Scott Seddon. He was extremely responsive to our request and gave us multiple options to complete within a two-three day time frame. He mentioned the high and low price proposal and explained he would not know until he was able to survey. We thought that would mean we would be paying the high price. We were extremely pleasantly surprised. His men were out exactly on time and with the proper equipment. They also brought out extra gear just in case.
