"Thank you so much for being a customer for life! Amanda & the Tropical Paver Sealing Team"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the opportunity to work with you. Amanda & Tropical Paver Sealing Team"
"Thank you! I am sorry our team member was unable to complete his duties to the degree of full satisfaction. We have since provided the employee with more training. Amanda"
"Yes, We Did Not Do this customers project. Our estimator did not provide us with the correct information on this Customer. The estimate happened have been done on the day she was fired. The office submitted the estimate to the customer with the huge miscalculation. His square footage was 3 times more the amount. When the technician arrived and noticed the gross error. He had called the customer and left a message, unfortunately he called an incorrect number. So the customer was not notified immediately. We as a small family business felt it would be a huge loss on our part and we did not want to be seen as doing a bait and switch so we cancelled. The customer was angry and felt we broke our contract. No deposit was taken from the customer. We tried to explain the situation. I am sorry we had to cancel, but the relationship was tarnished and we could not afford a loss that significant. The price he was quoted wouldn't cover the sealer needed on The project."
On the day of the service we received a call from the technician that he was running late and did not arrive till approximately 12:00 noon. He was very professional and apologized for being late. I asked if he would be able to do everything we needed that day and he assured me yes he will. We do no believe in micromanaging so we left him alone. When he was done, we could not walk on the pavers for 24 hours but from our windows what we saw it looked beautiful.
After a few days we did notice that the sanding was not 100% but was not going to make a big deal of it. However, over Memorial weekend we noticed several places on the copping of our pool was showing a white residual, which meant it was not sealed. I call on Tuesday, May 31, and spoke with Amanda, who was very polite and accommodating. She asked me to text her pictures of what we were experiencing, which I did and she confirmed receipt. A tentative appointment to have a technician come by either Wednesday or Thursday, June 1 or 2. On June 3, I emailed [email protected] asking for a status since no one showed up. Amanda responded that maybe she can get a technician to come by Saturday, June 4, but Monday, June 6, would be better.
To date no technician has shown up nor has the company bothered to contact us with valid plans to address this. This company was quick to take the job and my money but they appear not to be willing to address the customer's concerns afterwards. I understand not all jobs are done 100% the first time around and judge a company that is willing to back the quality of their work and name.
I would love to give an A or B review but right now I am considering writing in the NextDoor website to avoid this company.
Thank you
I called on the weekend and left a message just hoping to get going on the project the next week. They called me on Sunday and had an opening on Monday, so we set it up. They arrived right on time, removed everything from the porch and thoroughly cleaned the surface. They put multiple coats of sealer on the pavers and told me they needed to dry overnight. The next day they returned and put everything back on the porch.
They really went above and beyond, even agreeing to honor a quote they gave me in the Summer of 2014. Plus, they pressure washed the stepping stones around my pool!
