When I first contacted Romain he squeezed me into his schedule that same day so that I would have running water again. "He did a smoke test free of charge, which was good. I did feel the prices were on the high side and the person who came out took a high pressure sales approach for hydro cleaning. I felt like if I had not been diligent about asking questions I would have signed up for a service that I did not need."
