From the moment I contacted Johns Plumbing I knew I was in the right place. The Contractor Adam is amazing, his explanation of the job and his willingness to work with me made me feel at ease. The ladies at the office Rose and Erika were right, he made me feel so good; even after the estimate. And when we finally got to the part of doing the work; Darren the pluming specialist was amazing!! Fast, polite, clean and neat! John's plumbing was quick to answer and provided an efficient install and fix. I also appreciated they were on time for the actual job were able to complete both jobs with zero drama.

They were excellent, arrived promptly, keep me informed of arrival time and did the work very well. I will be happy to use them again.

Disguisted and Dissatisfied.I am redoing my house on the beach at Golden Beach and have the following comments to make after 4 days of service from John's Plumbing; The service tech has left 3 used toilets sitting inside the front door/living room when he was supposed to take them away after the first day 2. I still don't have running water in the 2 upstairs bathrooms, He left a leak and its accumulated water under the master bathroom sink and left a sopping wet towel under the other master cabinet. On top of all this was Gino the new owner who said a meek apology but didn't offer any actions to remedy the situation. The worker is as usual late today and I don't even want him in my house anymore. Mike B.

He came quickly and he was very friendly. I'm very satisfied and pleased with the service. He was on time and professional. He did not leave any messes. I would recommend this company whose looking for a leak issue.

I only have good things to say about them. Their communication was fantastic, customer service was great, and the pricing was competitive. They were professional. They're my preferred plumbing.

Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper.   We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate.  We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote.  Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak.  He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem.  We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received!  We would not hesitate to use them again and  will be recommending them to all of our friends.  

I was having a leak in my bathroom on the second floor.
The tech did an inspetion on the bathroom and noticed the leak on the bathtub.

DO: Verify how many licensed plumbers they have on staff!! My installer advised me that he was the only licensed plumber in their employ.............and that he only did this as a 'fill-in' job because he had his own plumbing company. Do: Make sure that they will honor their commitments regarding time.............I spent days waiting for their plumber to arrive, only to find out that 'tomorrow' would be a better day???? DON"T: Hire them

I called the next day, because they were leaking. He said they were suppose to be like that. I had to have another company fix the leak.

Excellent experience. Since I was a returning customer, they came to my home the same day and performed the service quickly, courteously, and professionally.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE NOT VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY STAY ON TASK AT ALL TIMES.

A1 IS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THEIR SCHEDULING. THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE WHEN I WOULD CALL THEM WITH QUESTIONS. I PLAN ON HIRING THEM TO COMPLETE SOME MORE WORK TO MY KITCHEN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR ME. THEY SNAKED THE DRAINS IN MY WHOLE HOUSE FOR A VERY CHEAP RATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH PIPES LEAKING SINCE. THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY TO USE BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE BEST WORKERS THAT PROVIDE TOP QUALITY WORK.

A 1 PLUMBING DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY PLUMBING. THERE WAS NO MESS MADE AND THEY REALLY GOT THE WHOLE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT ALL WORKS FANTASTIC AGAIN. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THE WORKER CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND UNSTOPPED THE DRAIN IN THE KITCHEN. THE INSTALL OF THE WATER HEATER WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE WATER HEATER IS WORKING EFFICIENTLY. THE WORKER DID A SUPERIOR JOB.
