"We are new to south Florida - so I had gotten several estimates - and - Mark was located fairly close to us - but - he not only had the best price, he also had the best reviews - so I went with him and I'm really glad I did.  He took out the old sink (very carefully) because it was glued & screwed to the granite counter top from underneath and there were concerns it might crack the granite (there was a seam close to the edge of the sink). Mark was very thorough - he got the old one out and the new one in without any issues - and - did I mention he was working in a VERY tight space in the process. He was also great about NOT making a huge mess in the kitchen - and - he cleaned everything up when he was finished. I highly recommend Mark - he was very professional - and I will definitely be using him again if/when I need a plumber in the future !!!

"It went well But paid 500.00 out my pocket for whole thing I didn't expect to pay that much out pocket for a replace toilet. So if you used this company by your toilet at whatever hardware place and let them installed it because if not you going to wind up paying that price."

"Joe was very friendly, punctual,very knowledgeable of his work and takes his finished results very seriously. He was there every workday until finished. He explained all details from the beginning very well. 
Demolished bathroom. Removed all 4x4 tile walls to the studs up to 4 ft high. Kept original walls and ceiling above 4ft. removed bathtub and bath area walls and fixtures. Had to replace rotted shower trap at additional cost. Re-piped water to convert to shower.
Constructed shower walls with Durarock, Constructed shower curb and installed shower pan, poured shower floor. Tiled shower walls, floor and bath area floor. installed green board lower half of walls, textured it to contrast the smooth upper wall. Stained and installed a decorative molding along wall to transition smooth to textured wall. Replace rotted toilet flange and installed toilet. Installed new valves and piping for sink. Installed new vanity and sink. Installed lighting and medicine cabinet. Painted all wall areas.
My bathroom is now the best looking room in the house. My experience was very good. Wish I could include photo.

"They came to check our blocked drains within 1.5 hours on a Saturday. They found the problem and cleared it. We were given a choice to continue with the cast iron pipes which could easily become clogged again or they could install PVC pipes from the house to the sidewalk today. Jose answered the phone. He said someone would be there in about 1hr. Erik arrived in about 1/2 hr, looked and quoted me a price and I agreed, said he would come next day.  Erik arrived at 11am the next day. Expected to take about 1 and 1/2 hrs but didn't finish till about 3:20pm because of problems taking pipes off and the faucet wouldn't come loose, had to finally cut it loose, then still had to go on roof to try and clean drain.  Still charged me the price quoted and a little extra for the pvc he used and gave me metal turn off valves under sink.

Erik and Jose were friendly and courteous. They did what they said they would do for the quoted price.I would recommend them.

"I cannot recommend MGR Plumbing enough. My experience was amazing!! Professional, amazing customer service, made the changes quickly, good rate. First of all, setting up the appointment was a breeze. Derric helped figure out what the issue was even before the technician came to my house. I sent him videos/pictures of my shower and just by looking at it he knew that we had to change the shower tower for a new one. The supervisor came in and installed it. The glue caused the shower to move a bit, and the owner came back and fixed it himself! I didn't get charged until I was 100% satisfied with my shower tower. They are awesome!!! Will totally call them back if I need them - hopefully I won't need them again hahah :)."
