"Perfect job in every way.. Edgar was super competent and efficient.....and couldn't have been nicer. He arrived 15 minutes early, identified the issue, brought a cool bright light to show me exactly what was leaking, that he had the parts with him and said he could complete the whole job in about 20 minutes or so. I wasn't expecting that and thought he would be giving me a price and then would have to come back when he had the part. But that was good news and told him let's do it. He went down to his car, came back with the parts and his tools and less than half an hour later he told me to come take a look, it was all fixed. And he already had cleaned up and put the part he replaced away in his case to dispose of. Why aren't all contractors like that?
