Very professional and fast! Use these guys!

Started out terrific, great communication. Installer was on time, called first. Personable but took short cuts to install and /bent/crimped the cables to avoid the extra work to make them straight, reducing the id. Made two other appointments for other work and he no showed and no call, never returned my calls after that. Never got a receipt.

I had a hot water swapped out which stood on a raised platform. Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome.

My initial contact was with Henry, very polite, knowledgeable and professional, once we agreed on a date, Nate and another technician came to the house not only on time but wearing masks and gloves, this was last week, which is like a lifetime ago. Nate explained the basics and gave us a few tips, he was also very knowledgeable and respectful. i would definitely recommend their services.

They need to work on their communication, as the technician came late to my home and all three times I had to call him, then I asked if they accept credit card as payment, which they do (is a +), but there was no mention of any credit card fees.

I had a great experience working with Henry and Andre at IHM Plumbing. After searching everywhere for the best installation price for installing an electric water heater in my house it was a relief to talk to IHM. Not only did they pick up my water heater, Andre arrived and walked me through what he was doing. They are friendly, professional and polite and I will be hiring them for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done! I hired IHM to install a water heater with permit. Everything was fine until the inspection, which they FAILED. Henry sent the same technician (Andre) that did the job instead of visiting the property himself. Andre, who obviously wasn't familiar with CODE, then said relayed to Henry that the water heater model I provided wouldn't work there and that I had to buy another water heater, AND that they would charge me a higher amount to go do the job again or I would have to submit a Change of Contractor to the city. Turns out the water heater DOES VERY WELL work there but their lack of knowledge has resulted in nothing but a waste of time. CROOKS!!

Company did not do their job nor do they have good common service they are not good at answering the phones do not show up on time and or otherwise rude

Did everything that was expected, in a timely manor . Would recommend this plumbing contractor for small jobs or as in my case replace all plumbing in my house . Good communication throughout process . 5 stars .

Very polite and responsive. Showed up on time. Quick response time (even on Christmas; work done the next morning). Reasonable price. They do charge a fee for using credit cards and for disposing of old equipment.

Henry at IHM Services provided excellent plumbing support. In this case replacing the internals in a toilet that was malfunctioning. IHM's plumber arrived on time, had the right parts, was courteous, professional, got the job done in 30 minutes and did it right. IHM will be my new plumber in Miami Beach. Chris

Needed to replace the garbage disposal and have a bathroom sink installed. Was very happy to have this done fast on Christmas Eve. Received a call within minutes from Henry and he set an appt for the next morning. Charge was $170 which I found to be reasonable and I plan to hire them to install a toilet soon.
