"From start to finish it was a smooth process! I called on a Sunday, Derrick and his guys were at my house Monday morning. I didn't have to ask any questions because Derrick and David read my mind. I'm single so I was really afraid to even inquire but Derrick assured me he would hold my hand thru it all and he did just that!!
