Fantastic company!! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Everyone from the sales rep (John) to the office staff and the incredible installation team are wonderful to work with. We received three quotes and chose this company because their prices were fair and because of their attention to detail and professionalism. The installation crew is amazing! They take their time and double check to ensure everything is done right. Then they clean and vacuum everything up afterwards. The Baxter team is very professional, polite and helpful. In every job of this size you are likely to encounter some issues (in my case, the factory sent the wrong sliding glass door): what matters is how the service provider responds and handles the issue. Nathan and his team handled the minor glitches that arose capably and effectively. The Baxter installation team was very courteous, neat and did a good job on the installation. I would definitely recommend them.

I really liked this salesman. Peter Homblette. He was very throughly which I appreciated. He even gave me the number for the Energy rebate. He was professional and respectful. I often don't like salesmen but I liked him. I had heard the company was good. I did not hire them because I got a better quote for a better window. I got several quotes and this is the only other one I would have hired.

Very good experience overall. Salesman was prompt. The installation went very well with the installer being very courteous and prompt as well. Both the installer and salesman answered all of our questions. Baxter Windows was able to get us the product we wanted while some of the other companies could not get us the options we wanted on the doors.

EXCELLENT! Professional staff from initial consultation, measurement and installation. The team who installed the windows were friendly, good at their job, polite, and of course they cleaned up after. The management team followed up when the job was nearly complete and were just as courteous. I would absolutely recommend Baxter Windows and hope to use them again for my sliders.

Brenno came out today and gave estimate, very knowledgeable. Listen to what we wanted. Other companies seemed to have a pat answer and wanted to sell you what they wanted you to buy.

Everything went great. Everyone in this company is friendly and professional. Their prices are very competitive and their windows are great. Their initial meeting went well and kept in contact before, during and after installation. The installers were professional and very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nathan came out in November and gave me a quote. He was punctual, professional, returned calls promptly(unlike number of other companies ;FAS, they would not return telephone calls, even after going to their showroom and promised would call. Wasted my entire day), measured windows and provided a quote. Due to illness was not able to get done at that time. I called then last week 1st May. Nathan set up an appointment for May 7th ; He was on time, answered all my questions, came out today and did tight measurements. He stated windows will be in 6-8 weeks and will install. I will update this post after the installation after his crew complete work as to how everything goes.

A day after I called for an estimate Brenno showed up on time. He was very responsive and knowledgable. Having shopped around before they came out, I knew a good price when I saw it. So the windows are on order and install should happen shortly.

We are replacing all windows and doors in a house built in the mid 80’s. We went to the Baxter showroom in Orlando to get a feel for products currently available. We spent approximately 90 minutes discussing pros and cons of windows Baxter offers. Excellent representative who was very patient and informative. We set up an in-house appointment for measuring and discussing window/door installations for our house on Merritt Island. Representative was punctual and very professional. What was nice was that after getting measurements of all openings and discussing what type of window or door to install, the representative took about 10 minutes and had an estimate for us with different options. We received it in our email inbox before the representative left. Excellent experience. We planned on getting 3 quotes before selecting a company to perform the work Baxter product, price, and representative were superior to the second quote received. We may forego the third quote.

Pathetic - they quoted replacing 1/2 of a 4 door system with an different set of doors for 3300...I requested s quote to replace the entire system on March 23...I have yet to receive it - apparently a 6600 job is not worth their precious time

Nathan and his team were amazing. They were informative, prompt and professional. We had 5 Windows and one very large sliding glass door installed. My windows and door look amazing and I'd definitely hire them again.
