Junior and his team designed our kitchen, the master and guest baths. From the outset, they were totally customer focused. They developed totally innovative, creative and flexible cabinet and counter top solutions that made our space work better than we had hoped. From the initial design, product selection, on-site preparation, implementation, execution, and follow-through, the entire I-4 team performed flawlessly. Their on-site presence, quality control and fine-tuning after the install has been extraordinary. They are totally focused on customer satisfaction and it works! i4 Kitchen did a great job in all aspects of the project. Junior (the owner) was involved in every phase. During the design phase their drafters were patient and willing to try different design ideas and "what if" drawings. It made the end product exactly what we wanted. When it came time to do the build, their crew were knowledgable and crafted at their skills. I chose to use Waypoint cabinets (a production cabinet maker in NC). The Waypoint cabinets are excellent quality but are not built custom. No problem. I4 Kitchen was able to step in with custom features when needed. In one case, our center island vent hood needed to be built completely from scratch. Their carpenters were more than able and willing to do such custom work and the results were a kitchen that looks fully custom for much less.

The I-4 Kitchen and Bath team was a pleasure to work with. Junior was always available to answer my questions and was wonderful with his design ideas. We completed a total renovation of our home, and I-4 Kitchen and Bath was the crew I could always count on to be there when they said they would - the quality of cabinets, countertops and labor was beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish went beautifully. This is one of the first upgrades we’ve done in our Home where we have had absolutely no regrets when finished. Of course, it may also be the first time we’ve actually listened to suggestions the way we did with Junior. He made suggestions that turned out to be our absolute favorite parts in the kitchen. It’s been several months now since the kitchen was finished and not a day goes by that I don’t open a drawer or walk into the kitchen and say, “I love this kitchen!”

Junior and his crew at I-4 Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job with our kitchen renovation. It was a very extensive reno of an old house built in 1942. He helped us pick out just the right cabinets and features, and worked with us very patiently through the process. We were pushing the kitchen into an adjacent dining room, which required removing two load-bearing walls. We were having trouble finding a contractor that could do the work and was affordable. Junior even recommended the contractor we ended up using, and waited while that work went on, even honoring the original (expired) quote. The installation was fast, his workers are very professional and really know what they're doing. Junior offered suggestions that really made the kitchen better than we'd ever hoped. I'd definitely work with them again.

Our experience with Junior was great. He is thorough, professional and follows through with everything he promises. We contacted him based upon previous reviews and are happy that we did. He suggested a general contractor for us to work with and they both met with us to go through the details of our design. Junior listened to what we envisioned and presented us with a great design. He was flexible and willing to fine tune the details based upon what we wanted. Overall, he is very easy to work with. He responded quickly to emails and texts throughout the entire process. He has high expectations for his team of installers and makes sure things are done right. The cost of the portion we spent with I4 Kitchen and Bath was $37,000. Since our remodel involved removal of walls, relocating plumbing, a doorway, electric and flooring we spent an additional $34,000 with the general contractor.

AWESOME! Our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and all of our expectations were either met or exceeded by Junior and his crews! Junior met with me and listened to what I was looking for committed that to a perfect design that met our budget. He designed cabinets that are state of the art in their design and function. The island that he designed and installed is larger than any island I have ever seen in a home. The granite that they fabricated beautifully matches the new tile floors and existing decor. Junior helped us predict what we would need to consider when taking on this project and really helped us make good decisions on the final product. We were up against and aggressive timeline that he made sure his cabinets and installation were completed a week or so before the deadline. His price was fair and definitely demonstrated the value his products and services delivered in the end. His relationship and communications with the general contractor were excellent and thorough. We are planning on remodeling our master bath and closet and Junior and our general contractor will be the first two calls we make. We couldn't have asked for any more from Junior and his team....the Best!

I4 just finished replacing my cabinets and countertop. Everything went smoothly, there weren't delays or other problems. Price was fair. I was warned against using the big box stores for installation so I'm glad I chose I4. Junior and Carlos are both very pleasant to deal with.

From my first phone call to the measuring appointment, design review and revisions to final install, every step was professional and courteous. I had bids from 6 different vendors, and Junior and I4 Kitchen & Bath were the best across the board. They showed up on time, were efficient in measuring my space. Junior made some fantastic suggestions based on his significant experience. They worked with me on my timelines and communicated well each step of the way. The quality of the cabinetry and installation are top notch. Oh - and I LOVE my kitchen. We are almost ready to move in after a significant renovation. I wish all my contractors were as good as I4 Kitchen & Bath.

Very good process from beginning when hired to the end . Junior, the owner made it all possible. He explained and put in reality our project to the best possible way. Very fair , honest and upfront with all his work . Helped us with a GC as well Paul from Crash Crew and they both worked together to put the exact the kitchen and living room we wanted. They helped us with appliances lighting and all questions we had. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. Thanks

The project went very well. Jr set a timeline and kept to it. The installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone on his team appear to take great pride in their work and they should. My home is transformed. I would highly recommend I4 Kitchen and bath. A++++ There are not enough stars that can convey how happy we are with our HGTV kitchen. In my wildest dreams I never imagined we could have or afford the kitchen of my dreams and yet Junior made it possible. He is so busy yet you always feel like you are his only client because he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy with every single aspect of your vision. He answers emails, texts, phone calls if not immediately within a more than timely manner. His designs are gorgeous, his attention to detail is phenomenal, his crew is timely, efficient and accommodating. The timeline was met and exceeded our expectations and his recommendations when you ask his opinion are so spot on. We are beyond grateful we found I-4 Kitchen on Angie's List and from the moment I met Junior I knew he was going to be our choice even though we met with at least 5 other contractors. Junior guided us through the kitchen remodel process (cabinets and countertops). He provided several options for different solutions we hadn't thought about. As new questions came up, Junior was easily reachable and made himself available. His install team was very professional and respectful. During installation, Junior regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smooth. Overall I was really impressed with the level of professionalism of the entire team. We were never rushed and treated with upmost respect. I couldn't have been treated better as a customer.

I-4 Kitchen and Bath was highly satisfactory. Junior was outstanding with the design of my new kitchen and was extremely helpful in choosing the cabinetry, granite and sink. All of his employees were professional and courteous. The price was fair with no surprises.

Donny did a great design, cabinets are great, Javier did a good job getting the kitchen ready for the redo. The cabinet installers did a good job too as did the counter top guys from Stone World. Good experience and kept us informed and were responsive.
