Tony and his guys are very professional. We have used them several times over the years for a variety of remodeling projects. He consistently communicates with you throughout the project and remains true to the schedule he sets. Overall a positive experience every time we’ve hired them!

We have used MDZ Ultimate Builders for two renovation projects. Both projects were quite extensive remodels to the interior. Tony and his team are fantastic. They arrive when they say they will and work efficiently to finish the job on the date promised. Tony goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied with his work. We have recommended MDZ Ultimate Builders to our friends and family and will absolutely use them again in the future. Our projects included: demo, new tile flooring, wall texturing, ceiling texturing, painting, bathtub replacement, shower replacement, shower tile, backsplash (kitchen and bathrooms), installing new vanities, installing new plumbing fixtures, installing new lighting fixtures.

Tony did a great job. I love my new wall and fireplace. He also did a few small jobs for me. Painting, hanging lights etc. couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. Excellent! Skilled worker and fast to complete jobs

Very, very well. Initially MDZ Ultimate Builders framed our six skylights; what a great job-they do magic! They took great care framing these skylights and the plastic curtains hung from the ceiling of their work area kept the generated dust and debris to a minimum. The quality of their work and Tony’s willingness to offer me advice, as I was working on projects in my house, caused me to hire MDZ Ultimate Builders to do more renovation work: cutting concrete to run electrical wiring, running water lines, removing walls and installing some heavy appliances. The work MDZ does is excellent, Tony’s knowledge about construction and architecture is valuable while his willingness to offer advice to me as I am tinkering around in areas that MDZ is much more qualified to for makes me very comfortable recommending them.
