"Franklin and his crew get the job done...quality work and FAST! They were polite, answered questions as the work progressed and made the experience pleasant. As a Realtor doing remodels and flips, I would highly recommend Remodeling CF, LLC."

"We had our kitchen renovated and are so happy with it. They designed the kitchen with ideas we would never have dreamed of. The workers arrived on time every day they had work to do. They were so accommodating to us. They were neat, and clean. Before they left for the day they cleaned up. They never left a mess. If there was ever a problem a solution was always given. We would hire them again in an instant. Kevin and Junior make a great team."

"We used S & W Kitchens to remodel our guest and master bathrooms at our condo in Cocoa Beach. Justin our designer was awesome to work with along with the Super Carlos and all the other workers who did the remodel. Both bathrooms turned out better than we could have imagined. Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!"

"Geoff and his team were very professional in the design and construction phases of the work they performed. They delivered high quality work for a new wall to close in a home office with french doors as well as a new kitchen tile backsplash."

"Great company even greater people. They really look for your best interest and work with you. Very responsible, on time, and hard workers. These guys remodeled my entire home fast professional and low cost. Honestly they like family now I call them for just about anything that needs repair."

"I had the pleasure of working with One of a Kind Carpenter again after we moved into our new home. Actually, we decided to buy this particular house, knowing that Chad and his crew could transform it to match our vision. One of the major projects involved a kitchen area remodel and the other a complete demo and remodel of our sunken great room. The day after we closed, Chad came over to consult and 5 weeks later we ended up with upgraded pocket doors, a new pantry, and a new contempory great room. Dale was also very resourceful, providing her interior design expertise throughout the process. It was HGTV at its finest and I truly enjoyed working with all of them."

"This contractor was incredible. My renovations were extensive and changes had to be made throughout. Richard worked with me every step of the way and was patient and accommodating. He really takes pride in his work and goes out of his way to make sure the client is happy. I have used him several times and have recommended him to friends who have also been extremely happy with his work and pricing."

"Our project was extensive involving a complete remodel of the kitchen, laundry room, and master bath, partial remodel of the guest bath, replacing the tile on the fireplace and all tile throughout the house. We are seasonal residents and thus were on a specific schedule. Our project was compeleted on time, on budget, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Steve's crew is experienced and motivated and their respect for our property and their attention to detail was remarkable. Cliff, the project lead, was always happy to accommodate our wishes and did excellent work. It seems like he has seen every issue at least twice so when we would run into an unforeseen problem he knew what to do. We can't say enough about Reggie and his wife Maria, who are the hardest, most diligent workers we have ever seen. They truly are amazing. Steve was a pleasure to do business with. He is honest and straightforward which is refreshing. We recommend Steve and his business without reservation."

"Mike was true to his word and completed our kitchen remodel on budget and on time. He was involved from the beginning and assisted with design decisions as well as ensuring all of the sub-contractors arrived as scheduled and completed their parts to a high standard. Mike is an excellent kitchen installer and everything turned out beyond our expectations. We were very happy with this company and will gladly use them again."
