I purchased a screen door from Superior Aluminum doors thinking it would be good quality. I should have read their bad reviews on Google first. After waiting 2 months to get the door, I called to cancel. They told me to give them 1 more week, because the door came in defective. A week passes and they sold me the defective door anyway. They never returned my phone calls. So 2 months after I filed a dispute on my credit card, the management responded to the dispute stating the door was not defective and it got damaged from my contractor. I don't do business with dishonest companies. I found a better quality door at Lowes and it was half the price.

Very pleased with the screen room built by Superior. Top notch materials and workmanship. Pro-tip, if you plan to run electric for your screen room (for fans, lights, etc) do it as part of the build job not after the fact. I appreciate the responsiveness and how they helped solve a materials issue that was out of their control. But I will say that what made the whole experience so great was Melissa Love who kept us updated every step of the process. Thank you Melissa!

In 2012, Superior Aluminum helped us enclose our back porch. They did great work and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed the space. The room has an exterior double-pane glass door that over time clouded up. (There was probably a pin-hole leak that allowed moisture inside the glass). I called Superior and the team researched the situation and reported the glass was still under warranty - 8 years later! Many thanks to Melissa for coordinating this repair. It was a challenge because of repeated manufacturing delays due to COVID-19 but she never forgot about us. If you’re considering Superior Aluminum for a project, I’m happy to recommend them. They stand by their product.

Beautiful! I am so pleased with the materials and workmanship. They did everything that I asked for. Very professional! There was a waiting period because of the Covid virus, which was no fault of theirs. I like the idea that it's termite proof too!

It went exceedingly well, from point of sale to completion. Thank you Superior Aluminum for giving us a beautiful and far more functional lanai.

They did excellent work. The workers knew what they were doing and worked clean and fast. They worked through a horrendous rainstorm and just got the job done. I was under a time crunch because of a planned event, and the office was responsive and helpful. One small problem on the punch list afterwards was taken care of within 48 hours. No complaints here. Only praise!

We contracted on January 11, 2018: it is now September 19, 2018. After several problems and ridiculous delays Superior showed up more than seven months later, when we complained to the Better Business Bureau, to build a plan the HOA had refused to approve. When we told them they could not build that plan they walked off the job and we have had to get an attorney. We have lost our $5,000.00+ deposit so far and have had to spend thousands of dollars correcting the work done incorrectly and to get the city building permit pulled from them. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau-a waste of time-They still have an A+ rating. We also filed a complaint with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations: that is still under investigation.

Superior Aluminum installed a beautiful screened porch at my house. Everyone was super-friendly, from the people who poured the concrete and laid the pavers, the guy who did the final measurements, and the guys who actually installed the porch. Excellent workmanship. We love our porch!

put in brand new screen enclosure properly, and took down old screen enclosure that was not structurally sound because of last hurricane. The sales man Scott did a great very detailed idea of what needed to be done for the new enclosure with splashguard and all and to current hurricane standards. Very detailed estimate showing they cared. The owner came out too and the works Brennan and Mike did a lovely job this past week taking down the hold and putting up the new enclosure.

Originally they were only going to replace existing screen room 1st so they could measure acuratly for the rest of the enclosure to include the pool. 1 of the guy had to leave and get something and a gust of wind came up and took the rod up and slammed it down. So they actually replaced our screen room roof as well and no charge. I was pleasently surprised.

Great. Great warranty, All screws are guaranteed against rust for life. This is very important. Our old cage looked terrible because of all the rusted screws

Just what we wanted - two screen walls of dimensional aluminum. In photo, new walls run between house and corner post. Salesman listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and explained the concept to the home office. Owner was helpful and patient, and explained the options.

I've been doing business with them forever. Always friendly and courteous customer service. If there's a problem, they make it disappear to the satisfaction of the customer. A great group. I recommend them to everybody, family and friends.

Very satisfied with the product. Process was too long- oven 5 months from contract signing to completion. Difficult to cooperate w/ sub contractors for other work. Installation team was fantastic! Office personal not well advised re products or reprocess!

All portions of the project went well from initial estimate to concrete to final installation. 8 different people came to the house during the entire process. Everyone of them were courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Installers very knowledgeable, polite, courteous-hard working. Cleaned up when finished.
