Everything looks fantastic! They did a great job, had a great price, and Sean has been great to work with. He is very responsive and I would definitely use them again.

They was easy to keep contact with and got the job done on time and correct.

I am always leery of taking the company with the lowest price but after getting the quote and spending time with Sean A Harley I'm glad I did. Sean and DPS stayed with me through each step of a 4 month fight with the HOA. Sean actually had contacts on the board which eventually reversed their decision against our patio. They did not try to raise the price or back out of the project which others would have done. Job was done timely and professionally. So far no issues or leaks. Great salesman and great company.

Overall we are very pleased with the results. Donny Daugherty, our salesman and job manager, was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. He had ideas on how to deal with the grade of the backyard when others did not. We had to coordinate the delivery of a hot tub and associated electrical so the job was a little more than just a patio, but Donny was always flexible. The slightly lower score on punctuality and professionalism is due to the concrete subcontractor, Tad. He's team did a good job and we are very pleased with the result, including modifications in design that he suggested but his approach was a bit surly and his communication was lacking on when he was going to show up. Since he has a face to the customer, while not horrible, it was not pleasant dealing with him directly. He is very good at his job, but did not represent the company well when dealing directly with the customer.

Donnie's quote was fair and complete. They estimated a completion date and beat it. The installation team was on-time, courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend DPS to anybody that needs pool enclosure work. I couldn't be happier with my new pool enclosure.

They did an excellent job putting in the patio with screen enclosure.  All workers showed up on time and were friendly and polite.  All aspects of the job were smooth, from initial contact and estimate from the owner, to completion date.  I recommend them.

I paid ?Design Pro Screens, INC? $13,500 for my screen enclosure which included two planters and a small grassy area. Shortly after completion I noticed the planters were pooling with water from the rain. My plants and grass died as a result. I contacted the owner immediately (who I signed the contract with), Jeff Cheffer, explaining the problem.  After 2 months of interactions, with him offering little help; with long delays between emails and phone calls he admitted he didn't foresee the problem; wasn?t experienced with it and really didn?t know what to do.So in my frustration I was forced to spend a lot of my time finding someone myself who would help--a landscape contractor I was directed to by ANOTHER screen enclosure company. He immediately diagnosed the problem after 10 minutes of evaluation at my home. My biggest complaint is his poor customer service.  I feel it is  fair to assume he would install a planter that would allow plants to live or at least after the fact try to help me to remedy the problem. His attitude was uncooperative with no follow through to help. I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone. It is definitely not an A+ business as he advertises on his website.

nothing to say,   they came and did what had to be done,  neat and curtious.  Will be using them again tthis spring for  more work.

It went very well.  They were quick and came when they said they were coming.  The workers were very pleasant.

We lost our lost our pool enclosure due to a wind storm in August. We had at least 5 estimates and many ideas and opinions as to how and when to proceed because the enclosure had to be coordinated with the roof replacement also. Donny was very prompt with  returning phone calls and was available numerous times to talk in person. The installers were professional, arrived when they said they would and did a good job. The fact that 3 other neighbors used Design Pro Screens tells you that the price was right. We would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Design Pro Screens to friends, family and neighbors.

Screen Porch Addition. From estimation to completion the work was preformed in a timely and professional manner. It was a real pleasure to have them do this work for us and we recommend them to everyone.

I left a voicemail to get a quote and received a call back within the same day. We scheduled a time for the salesman to came out and give me a quote. It was detailed and the price was fair. The work was scheduled within a few days and completed on time and as promised. I would highly recommend Design Pro Screens.

They came out and installed a screened enclosure around my pool. They did a great job and I would use them again in the future.
