I would never use them again. What they wanted to do is me to send them pictures, So I sent them pictures and they were supposed to do some kind of design and send me some thing back. What they sent me basically looked like it had been drawn by a five year old. So I never got anything that was usable and they said that because of intellectual property the information belonged to them. I would think if you say your going come and we're going to do some re design, at least send someone to see what the person wants done it was just the kitchen no they did not do that. I actually sent them a floor plan of the house and they basically took out a wall that I could have done on my own, and sent me a black and white drawing back. And when I asked for more details they said no because of intellectual properties they couldn't send me a detailed report.

The work was provided with utmost professionalism and the quality of the work was far above our expectations. Tony and Kevin were easily accessible and were friendly. Tony visited the house a lot and answered any questions. Given the large amount of work the overall time for project was about a month in our place. It has been 6 months now and we cant be happy we made all these changes. We definitely recommend them to anybody.

We knew we were taking on a big project when we decided to remodel two of our home?s three bathrooms.  My partner and I had been discussing what we wanted to replace our late 80?s era foyer hall half-bath and master bathroom for some time.  We knew we wanted a contemporary look with high end finishes and a shower that .  For some reason these bathrooms had a door connecting them and the tile used in our foyer ran all throughout the entryway and both bathrooms and so from a scope standpoint it made sense to tackle both bathrooms and replacing of the entry tile all in one project.
Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, we asked Superior Craftsman to bid on our project.  During this process we got the
impression from everyone we met that they were invested in satisfying our requests and earning our business.  We had done a lot of research beforehand, but Joe Guinta, in particular, really helped us bring all of our design ideas together.  This was above and beyond the level of involvement that we saw from other contractors/designers and that commitment was a primary factor is our choosing of Superior for our project.   
Our project schedule faced some challenges due to the fact that the remodel would be proceeding from through the holidays.  Tony Monto was on top of things making sure the project kept rolling.  We had some scheduling
challenges with houseguests and the holiday?s intervening, but it all came together.
All of the workers who came into our home were professional, friendly and very neat and we were pleased with everyone?s work.  Al George?s attention to detail was evident in the level of craftsmanship he brought to the custom cabinetry installation
and finish carpentry.  Our tile ?artist? John and his team did some amazing work.
As things progressed there were a few times when my partner and I felt we should make changes to the design.  Tony and Joe were very responsive and offered good feedback about which changes would be practical and which not.
We enjoyed working with the guys from Superior Craftsman and by the end of the project they had become like part of the family.  The finished results are stunning and our experience was superior.

After coming in person to see our space and carefully listening to our thoughts and ideas, Joe delivered a stunning design. Our remodel included the removal of a wall and pantry closet, repair of the ceiling and wood flooring, new solid wood shaker style cabinets, some with glass fronts and several deep full extension drawers were installed in the kitchen and adjacent breakfast area. Quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, motion sensor faucet, recessed lighting in three rooms, and two solar tubes were also added. Painted shiplap siding was installed on two walls and and the three rooms of our newly created open floor plan were painted. Beautiful handmade backsplash tiles were added and pendant lights and dining room chandelier were hung. The transformation from a basic galley kitchen to a light filled, spacious, beautiful and functional kitchen now completely open to our dining room and great room is simply amazing.

The project lasted six weeks and contractors carefully cleaned up each evening before leaving. Tony managed the project and between he and Joe, all of our questions were answered timely and requests were quickly fulfilled. It was a challenge to be without a good portion of our house for six weeks, but so much fun to watch the daily progress and the final results were completely worth the inconvenience.

From my first meeting with Kevin and Joe when they came out to get measurements and scope of work, I felt very comfortable with their professionalism and knowledge. We had 2 other contractors who came out and made a very shaky impression. Within a week, Kevin had drawn up some plans that blew my wife and I away... they captured our vision perfectly. Once we saw the 3d drawings, we were ready to go. Our next step was picking out materials from their supplier. That was a fun process and they were very helpful with their recommendations. Once work began, all of their guys were very pleasant and new what they were doing. (with the exception of their tile guy... I recommend they find somebody else. He put us behind schedule and had some bad areas that need to be redone. He is the reason they get a B in punctuality as opposed to A) The guys that were in the house everyday (Tony, Al and Bob) were extremely nice, knowledgeable and hard-working. They also had a great painter and electrician. We will be using Superior Craftsman for some other smaller projects in the very new future and I would recommend them to anyone.

There is no doubt that Superior Craftsman, INC knows their stuff. Kevin is an excellent kitchen designer and I am a cook and I was very fussy about the plans for the kitchen.  My only criticism was it was difficult to understand a lot of the pricing structure in the format that it is provided. This may have been a result of the insurance claim, but nevertheless, this was our basic bone of contention. 
Now for the upside, Anthony Monto, Jr - he is amazing! Our flood occurred while we were out of the house on Christmas Day. No one else answered their phone, but Tony did. He had the plumber there in no time, and a cleanup crew was then put in place.  The enormity of this job, having to live in a hotel, etc was beyond. Tony and his on site crew really eased the pain, and became almost like family. There is no better craftsman than Al George, no one anywhere can match his attention to detail. John who laid our flooring worked like a dog, and by himself so that everything would match and be in alignment. There is hardy a seam to be seen. Ralph, Benny, and all the other subs were stellar, respectful, went above and beyond in many cases. Our house is beautiful and the kitchen (working within the confines of the space we had) is fabulous. I love the kitchen, it functions in the most incredible way. We've had major parties, I've taught cooking classes in it and it's perfect.
I would highly recommend Tony Monto, in fact I had a small question today, and he was here within an hour - it doesn't get better than that. My only minor criticism is that you need to make sure you understand the billing and keep track and ask questions if you have any. Again, ours was very complex because the insurance company was involve and perhaps that's why it was difficult.
You will never be disappointed with Tony and the crew that you will have. If I could give the crew 10 stars I would. They were more than a pleasure to work with, and I truly feel that we developed a great working relationship with them.

Superior Craftsman is worth every single penny my husband and I invested in their work. Superior Craftsman is a true one-stop shop when it comes to home remodeling.  No more dealing with multiple contractors for multiple reasons. When you hire Superior Craftsman, your home remodeling headaches are a thing of the past. You deal with one person on their team and magically, everything comes to life. You don't have to worry about a thing. They take care of it all--headache free.
Superior Craftsman outputs incredible work, so much so that we have hired Superior Craftsman to perform all of our home remodeling needs. We have booked them for multiple phases of our home remodel and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their work. We are going on over a year of them helping us to transform our 3,000 square ft. home into the home we know it can become!
My husband and I purchased a home in May 2013 that was a complete wreck. We first contacted Superior Craftsman and six (yes, 6!) other local contractors. Each one came to our home and we were left with quotes that were not explicitly detailed; some even just emailing us dollar amounts, others handing us paper quotes on the spot without even tabulating numbers or square footage. It was as if some of these other contractors just made up their prices on the spot! To me, this was unacceptable. If I was about to drop serious cash, I wanted to know--to the PENNY-- what, who, and where my money was going to. Along came Superior Craftsman's quote and my husband and I were blown away. Everything, from the square footage, to the material cost, labor cost, and margin were detailed for us in their quote...PER ROOM. They covered ALL the bases. I knew exactly what I was paying for and what to expect. There were no unanswered questions. When going into a full home remodel like we were, this level of detail was non-negotiable for me. My husband I booked them immediately. Joe was phenomenal in working with us: happy to adjust our quote to meet our needs-- being extremely transparent with us regarding costs and options to meet our budget. I could tell that Superior Craftsman was not trying to simply make money off of us--a feeling I was left with after receiving the quotes from other contractors. They cared about our wishes and our money. 
We originally hired Superior Craftsman to install flooring for us throughout our five bedroom home and it slowly evolved into a full kitchen remodel and two bathroom remodels.  This was due to the quality of their work and the positive experience we had with them from day 1. Furthermore, we chose to have them complete our entire home remodel because the quality of the people that work for them is unparalleled. The first day of work, their entire team arrived at our home dressed in clearly labeled Superior Craftsman shirts. No wife-beaters or ratty old t-shirts here. Tony and his entire team always showed up at our home in their polos, clearly marked with their logos. To me this displayed their professionalism. I could tell they cared about their appearance and their business' reputation, which to me, was a huge indicator of the work to come. 
Tony, Kevin, Joe, Al--the entire crew-- they were ALL extremely easy to work with; always available to talk to us and to answer any questions we had. The level of communication with them is fantastic. In fact, early on in our home remodel, we had an un-related sewage backup during the 4th of July weekend. In a panic, we called Joe, not knowing what to do. He answered our call and led us in the right direction. I knew that these guys were in it with us for the long haul! To this very day, I know that they are just a phone call, text, or email away and that I will be answered immediately, or at the most, the next business day.  They take the time to make sure their clients feel comfortable and attended to. You feel like you're their only client.
We had travertine laid in our home and Superior Craftsman did an exceptional job. Same with our wood flooring. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and their entire crew always left our home in the condition they found it in--clean and neat. They never left a mess behind. At the end of each day, it was like they had never been there. Once it was time for the kitchen remodel (which included constructing an entirely new kitchen island with new cabinetry and reconfiguring our kitchen's footprint), we worked with Joe on designing the layout. He is truly talented in his ability to take our ideas and translate them on paper.  Once we saw the mock-ups, we were thrilled! He took our visions and created something unique and special to us and our home. When it came to finally picking out granite, Joe even met us at four different granite yards because we had trouble finding the "perfect" piece of granite that matched our vision. He was very patient and never displayed any sense of annoyance, when even we as homeowners were annoyed. He was supportive of our quest and this really helped us immensely. When we lacked confidence in our design ideas, he voiced his opinions in a way that was incredible helpful and constructive. He always kept our vision in mind and worked tirelessly to get us to where we wanted to be.  In the end, our kitchen turned out beautifully- with more cabinet space and each inch of our kitchen was used perfectly to fit our lifestyle. No wasted space at all. 
The bathroom remodels went just as well: We had marble laid in one bathroom and travertine laid in the other. The flooring was laid so well that I could never find any imperfections! The stone was laid perfectly; All I can say is that they have great eyes for detail. Both bathrooms also required new vanities, mirrors, and drywall repair. From top to bottom, these guys did an exceptional job. Their work is precise and neat: the best scenario for any homeowner.  I was pregnant with my son and they were very understanding in squeezing us into their schedule before my son arrived so that we had minimal dust floating around the house. Some of the work carried over (not their fault) after my son had arrived and they took extra steps to make sure their work was contained, as clean as could be, and done in respect to our new schedule. 
We laid our flooring in phases and most recently, we had them come back for the last phase of wood flooring installation. It was done in just ONE day. 
*I believe you get what you pay for.* Were they the cheapest contractors? No. But, they were the best choice for us and the level of quality my husband and I were searching for. When you have their work to show for, they are worth the extra dollars. I was never disappointed.
Superior Craftsman is trustworthy and honest. They are extremely professional. Each person on their crew is respectful--even greeting you by name and with a handshake each time they arrive. You can tell that you're working with a team that was specially built by Tony and Kevin, not just a bunch of random day laborers who'd arrive on the job in dirty clothes, smoking cigarettes all day, and leaving soda cans all over your lawn. Not Superior Craftsman. They treat your home and YOU with respect and genuine friendliness. They hire a tight crew. You need that level of trust and respect when inviting contractors into your home for weeks or months at a time. Their crew is PHENOMENAL and we'd hire them time and time again. 
We truly appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, willingness to help navigate us through the home remodeling process, and the customer service they offer.  They do all of this and beyond without even trying too hard. Tony, Kevin, Joe, and their entire crew offer the highest level of customer service.  You can tell they take pride in their work and the way in which they run their business. You won't be disappointed in hiring them for any job--big or small. Superior Craftsman will complete the job and exceed your expectations.

He did all right. We got the plan but didn’t follow through. We were looking for a handicap bathroom plan.  He did a fine job.  He made a comment that I didn’t like – where people get a plan and the person didn’t use it but a relative does. I didn’t like that off the cuff statement. I got the estimate in about 10 days from the initial meeting.

Superior Craftsman were not the cheapest guys in town but we were very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of everyone involved. This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. The main guys, Joe, Al, and Tony were very helpful in the planning and progress of the project. We have to give a special thumbs up to Joe who spent a great deal of time helping us select granite, cabinets, and hardware. He was very patient as we repeatedly drug him to the granite yard to look at new slabs. This was a very big job that included structural changes (although not load bearing) and included electrical and drywall work. The project was started and completed on schedule with minimal disruption to the household. And the quality of the work was top notch. They did an excellent job of sealing off the work space and keeping the dust to a minimum. We can highly recommend Superior Craftsman for home remodeling and we plan to use them for any future remodeling work. 

Although we had to remodel our master bath & kitchen due to a pipe leak, Superior Craftsman made it a pleasant experience.  Kevin & Tony helped us deal with our insurance company and made things easier on us.  They advocated for us and dealt with our adjustor one on one.  Al, Benny, and the construction team were very professional and personable.  They provided service with a smile as they tore down and rebuilt these rooms from floor to ceiling.  Our master bath & kitchen look beautiful and function perfectly.  I would hire them again tomorrow.  We found them to be highly skilled, professional, dependable, accessible, and a pleasure to work with.

We dealt closely with Tony who acted as a project manager over the job. They completed the work over a three week period. They completed the work well and cleaned up after completion. There may have been some additional fees for the electrical work.  Compared to other venders, they were great. Everything worked out well. It seemed that kitchen remodeling is their expertise and we would consider using them for additional kitchen work.

They came the day they said they would. I looked at the diagram and there were too many things on it, it would make my kitchen smaller. I did not pay anything additional. He gave me the draw up, and I was trying to figure out how it would fit, and it just didn't fit. Some of the things he offered in the plan seemed really good, but we just couldn't afford it at the time. They were timely, professional, and courteous. I wanted my kitchen to be more functional, and they drew it up, but the space was very limited afterwards.

They were tremendous and absolutely great. I bought two $600.00 packages for a total of 18 hours of work. They did stuff that I would never have done. They took about a good 80% of the materials with them. They were very prompt and professional. The owner came out and he was the one that reviewed the work to be done. The two workmen got there at the time they were supposed to get there and worked diligently throughout the entire day; I could not have asked for anything better.

The rep was pleasant and professional during his site visit, however it took several weeks to receive the proposal and quote (I had to call a few times to remind them I was waiting). The drawings I received were competent but the price estimate (even with the AL discount) was much higher than other estimates.

Once they started the took out a load bearing wall and left it without support so the entire roof started to sag- cracking the ceilings. They installed windows and doors and even though the manufacturer was called in and said they weren't installed correctly - they demanded payment in full. Understand the doors and windows were not capable of being shut or locked. They abandoned the job leaving us with no siding where new windows were installed, just tyvek. They left without doing more than 50% of the job. We are presently working with the Florida dept if Business and Professional Regulations to get there license revoked. Never use these people... Once they get ahead of you with their draw, they will abandon your job.

Shortly after contacting Superior, Kevin and Tony came to our home to hear from us what we wanted.   Tony and his crew; Al, Benny, Bo, Ralph, plus another one or two had our project started within 2 weeks of our first contact and finished in just over 3 weeks. The crew was just wonderful and professional.  They gave direction and suggestions when appropriate and always cleaned up daily as they worked in our home.  I would highly recommend them to others.

From the very first person who came to my house to take measurements and discuss what we wanted to each and every craftsman, we were completely satisfied with this company. The quality of the craftsmen themselves was remarkable. They were professional, clean, polite and very knowledgeable of their craft. Not one time was any work completed that was not top notch. If we need to change or add any thing to our design, it was taken care of without any problem or extra cost. It was a pleasure working with this company!

They came out more than a month after I purchase the "Big Deal" and give us a quote. A person came out and measured everything. He went back to the office and they did a layout and when we got there to review the layout it didn't look anything like what we had communicated to him. Then they listened to us and they put together this other astronomical quote. It was a lot more than what we thought our kitchen redo would cost without appliances. It was kind of higher so we were in a state of shock. We didn't take it any further than the quote and we were prepared to pay for it but they never call us back and ask us for a payment. When we saw the price we stop taking to them but the quality of their quote is very thorough. We decided not to use them.

I haven't contracted them yet but so far they were right on time, very professional and very nice people. I got the estimate, I just need to budget it better. It was a little bit pricier than I thought. They called within two days and then after that we set up the appointment about a week after. I had another voucher for them that had expired this past January and they honored it and they came and took measurements of my bathroom too. That was very nice of them. I would refer them to someone else but I am also to get another offer. They were very professional. They were right on the money on what I wanted and their vision about it and what needs to be done, very detailed on their quote. They seemed like really responsible and knowledgeable people. They know what they're doing.

Scheduling was easy and they were professional when they were here. The work product was not good at all. It seemed like they just typed up a note and drew some squares. It did not help me decide what I could and could not do for my kitchen.  They did not give me any ideas to work off of and it was not a productive meeting. Once I got the paperwork from them, there was no other dealings. I would not use them again.

They were wonderful.  I have used them before and they are absolutely outstanding.

They were professional and no issues with that and we are now going to get a second quote.  There was no problem at all, we made the appointment and they came out.  They were very friendly and thorough with the quote.  We had to follow up with them to get the quote, but once we did it was fine.  It seems high, but we won’t know until we get another quote.  It was a big deal.  We paid to have everything drawn up, but we haven’t got that as yet.

They did not do any work for me. I did give them a $5000 deposit but then I did not hear from them for a month, and I was able to get the deposit back. The thing is, they were very nice people, they were just overwhelmed. I got real nervous when they were very attentive until they got my check and then I heard nothing.  I would say the experience was generally positive until they just left me hanging. They had a fairly sizable deposit of mine and I didn't hear from them for 30 days.
