I was thoroughly impressed with how Randy handled the whole process, putting me at ease knowing that I had hired the right person. He explained to me the process of replacing the glass, came and did measurements, provided me a quote on-site, and was great with follow-up. The process was seamless. He ordered my window glass panes the first business day after providing me with a quote, and two weeks later, the window panes were installed. In the world of contractors, I would never go anywhere else for my glass and mirror needs!"

We had multiple companies come out who were pressuring us to repipe which would have been very costly and Josh told us he could fix the leak first and see how that helped us. He was very punctual, honest, professional, and worked very efficiently. I would no doubt call him and the pampering plumber again if anything comes up in the future."
