The workers were very interested in making sure that we were getting the best deal we could. He had our best interest at heart and wanted to make sure we weren't over charged. They always showed up when they were supposed to, and we were happy with the service they provided.

I called Dan to come back out and service unit and fix a small leak. He returned my call promptly but once he learned what the job was he stopped returning my calls. I finally contacted him again a week later and he said he would be there the next day around lunch. At 2:30 the day of my appt he called and said he could not make it. I asked him if anyone else serviced and repaired these units and he said any plumber would. Dan kept putting me off because the job was not big enough to come to ST Pete for, even though he did the original work. I would never use this company again.

Servicemen arrived a few minutes late but were very courteous and helpful answering all questions. They explained exactly what they were doing and did an excellent job. My boyfriend came home after they had gone and looked at what they had done and was also extremely happy with the job they had done.

They took their time getting the job done. It seemed to be one delay after another. They charged us $175 to file a permit with the county to fix the sewer connection, but the permit had a face value of $32. They tried to charge us for running a completely unrelated errand to another job site. The guys on site seemed to be completely competent and they did an excellent job, but the office folks where another story.

Came out and did a free estimate the same day I called. Came the next day to do install. He arrived about 30 minutes late.

I was very pleased. Scott was my workman. He was very detailed and careful. He was happy to give explanations to help me understand what had gone wrong and how it happened.

I have been using this company for years. They are a superior quality plumbing company and are the greatest as far as I am concerned. They have very good technicians and charge an excellent price. They deserved to be called by everyone on Angie's list.

Tech came to provide an estimate and told me he could do it in about 20 minutes. I was shocked because I had 2 other companies estimate much longer time and 3 times the price. I agreed and he had it done in the amount of time and for a very reasonable price.

Happy ending. Everyone is smiling. We called Paramount because of the GREAT service and value we experienced before on a $5,000.00+ water treatment system, well and well pump job.

They were very professional and were clean about their work. They were very punctual. We have tested all the repair work and it is working perfectly. The original estimate was $450 but one of the jobs could not be completed so we thought they should have lowered the bill, but they did not.

They came out when they said they would, they were prompt. They were excellent.

It went very well. Everyone I spoke to from the company was very helpful and acted promptly to solve the problem.

He did a great job. It was worth the money. The guy was so nice and gave an explanation of what he had done. If I need them, I will call them again.

The first person came to check both toilets as neither were working. Did fix the second toilet that day but could not fix the master one as he did not have a cutter to cut the limb out. Had to come back the next day. A second person came and did remove the limb but there was no guarantees on their job even if it the stoppage wasn't caused another limb. Was not too happy about the price. Paid $165 the first day with him telling me it would be another $85 unless they had to put a camera down. When I received it was $285 not $250 for the stoppage so my balance was $120 for stoppage. No camera was used but it was another $85 to reset water closet and $140 to repair flange which was not told to me the first day. Had to pay another $345.

He informed was informed what the problem was and I will be getting back to them to get this completed. He didn't even charge me for this!

Came quickly, diagnosed problem and fixed it within 2 hours. Hard worker. I called them at about 1 pm, and they said they could have someone here between 2 and 4; Scott arrived at 2 pm, and was finished by 4. Problem solved!

Overall, this was a pleasant solution to a problem that wasn't going away. Scott was competent, neat, friendly, and an experienced professional. He arrived at the scheduled time with the tools to do the job. I've tried soldering before (not on this project) and can appreciate Scott's skill. He also took time to check out a questionable heating element in a hot water heater.

It took a lot of detective work to find the problem (due to the rarity of the problem), but they discovered it and took care of the problem. They did a good job and cleaned up very well. They told us that if had they installed the water heater that this problem would not have happened. It was a ball of some sort that had blocked the hot water pipe and they always remove those when they install a new water heater.

Quick, thorough and professional. The pleasant owner, Dan Kelly, even spent about 10 minutes on the phone discussing plumbing with me. With the $20 Angie's List coupon, it cost me only $45! I will use them again.

The plumber was friendly, very competent, and right on time. The work was done very quickly and expertly. We will use them in the future for any plumbing work we need.
