Your claim with Florida peninsula was settled 11/9/2018 Citizens paid 90+% of our total bill. I am confused as to why your complaint is just now being relayed to us some 3 years later. The facts here are you intended to collect money form you insurer and pocket expenses by demanding the we except payment of only your insurance deductible. ($1000.00) The amount of the emergency services alone is $3464.37 that was approved by your insurer We even offered to wave the termination fee on your contract if your resolve the issue promptly. Your insurer has approved replacement of your entire kitchen as a result of your loss. We do not determine coverage of your loss, in this case the insurer has approved the scope. You have been unreasonable throughout the entire process. Are roll was simply to help you through your loss and assist in making repairs. You have not allowed us to complete our roll although we are under contract to do so."
