One of the best renovation experiences we have ever had! Right from the initial recommendation to use Classic Kitchens we knew we were in the right hands. Sonia is truly amazing, she provides great ideas, has great connections to the products you require and her coordination of the entire project is orchestrated superbly. Installation crews, plumbers, electricians and handy man are all very professional and very knowledgeable of their work. I have already recommended Classic Kitchen to a friend and I would never hesitate to use them again and recommend them anytime. Just an overall fantastic experience!

We used Sonia for 2 condo renovations. After 20 years of owning a 2 bedroom condo on the gulf, we decided it was time for a complete renovation (complete as in gutting the entire place from floor to ceiling). We met with and obtained quotes from three contractors, including Sonia. Her price was in the middle, but more importantly in meeting with her we developed a quick rapport and had a sense of ease ... she was very easy going and had helpful thoughts and recommendations to compliment our plans. We were not disappointed. Sonia, Yanko and team were a pleasure to work with. Sonia's easy going personality that comforted us at the hiring stage never left. As with any complete renovation, surprises and hiccups occur, but none of it flustered Sonia. She was the same great person by the end of the project as she was at the beginning, very easy to work with and accommodating. We couldn't have been happier with the end product, just fantastic. And that's not the end of the story. A three bedroom unit became available in our building, and yes we decided to jump at it. It too needed a complete renovation. The only call we made was to Sonia who we quickly contracted with to do a complete gut job renovation on our new unit. Same fair price and same great experience with Sonia, Yanko and team. Again, we couldn't be happier with the end result and the newly renovated condo we are enjoying.

I cannot say enough good things about Sonya, Yanko and the crew. They completely transformed my house. They remodeled my Kitchen, two bathrooms, my Florida room and opened up my living room. Throughout this process I spent a lot of time with Yanko, the crew and Sonya. If I ever had a concern or problem with anything Sonya’s response was always, “no problem., we will take care of it. “ She has the wonderful knack of being able to put you at ease. She is always upbeat and positive. Not once was she ever anything but kind and helpful. I also just loved Yanko and his crew. Not only did they do great work they were always extremely clean. They covered everything and vacuumed after every time they were there. If I ever changed my mind about something or needed something extra done Yanko would smile and say, “ You’re the boss.” I really cannot say enough nice things about all of them at Classic Kitchen and Bath. We were together for about 6 months and I felt sad to see them go. If I ever need more work done in the future I will absolutely call them! It is rare to find a company that does such great work, are trustworthy and very dependable nice people! I highly recommend them!

Sonja provided a quote. We requested. Few changes and a new quote....after numerous enquires with no response we decided to go with another company. We emailed Sonja to tell her we were tired of waiting. She responded back letting us know they were extremely busy. Was a complete waste of time!

Classic Kitchen and Bath were the first company I could get to respond to my phone calls and come out and give me an estimate. Their decorator was a real pleasure to sit down with; he really talked over my dreams and wishes with me. After all the products I ordered had arrived, work began soon after. Like the next week. On the first day, a crew laid down protective covering on my floors and began to gut the walls. Every day thereafter, a crew would arrive to do the next step, rebuilding the walls, doing the electricity, etc. I can’t say I enjoyed the process. In fact, it frayed my nerves badly. And some things did go wrong. The vanity I ordered myself was too large to fit my pocket-handkerchief sized bathroom. Three and a half weeks seemed a long time to use the smaller bath. On the plus side, I could pick up the phone at any time and dial up Sonja at Classic Kitchen and she either answered immediately or got right back with me -- and whatever problem I had was usually solved. Now I have a beautiful, completely fresh bathroom, newly painted and tiled with all new fixtures. The extremely large hole in the floor -- like ⅓ of the floor space -- was rebuilt. I have a ceiling vent. I have switches up to code. The work crews were as pleased with the outcome as I, taking real pride in their work, and they worked very hard. One young man showed up at 5:30 on a Saturday to get a primer coat on. Another worked 11 hours straight to get the tile done. They cleaned everything meticulously each day before they left. Classic Kitchen also agreed to fix OTHER, UNCONTRACTED for problems in my house. We developed a leak in the kitchen sink at the same time. Classic Kitchen worked on a ‘no problem’ basis. It was almost their motto. Every time I went moaning to them with a new complaint about the plumbing in my 1926 home, it was ‘no problem’. They installed the new kitchen faucet. They replaced the faucet from the second shower, finding and quickly repairing a broken pipe in addition to the worn cartridge in the faucet. “No problem.” Update: the toilet in the second bathroom, jealous no doubt of the new and beautiful dual flush in the remodeled bath, began leaking over the problem. No problem. I just called Classic Kitchen.

Called this company for an estimate to remodel a small bathroom. They came out and the scope of work desired was discussed. Company never followed up to provide an estimate, even after my follow up and a promise that an estimate would be forthcoming. It's possible they failed to follow through because of the price range I was trying to stick to, but its unprofessional to waste time and not provide an estimate.

Sonia and Yanko and their guys were all a real pleasure to work with! Not only do they do quality work, they are very responsive to questions, concerns and ideas. I ordered a lot of things myself, and Yanko always made them work, even when it was my fault there was a problem. When we needed to make a decision, he gave me good advice, and let me decide. They were kind and helpful as I worked to coordinate with other professionals (flooring in the rest of the house, glass bath enclosure). Yanko was also willing to handle extra small jobs as we went along (like installing a couple extra doors and finishing some baseboard installation) at a fair price, which saved me the hassle of finding someone else to come in and do them. All the guys were really polite, and they cleaned up after the work every day, it was a pleasure to have them around. It's a small company, made up of good people. This is the second time I've worked with Sonia, and I would absolutely do it again.

They were so professional and thorough. Every contractor that was used was top notch including granite, tile, plumbing, electrician and general contractor. Sonia had wonderful ideas on design but was also willing to listen to our needs. They had a few jobs going at the same time, so there were a few days when no work was done. But it was so worth the wait!

Sonia helped design the bathroom and promptly returned my phone calls. The bathroom turned out better than I had imagined. However, I would not recommend the vendor that supplied the vanity. It was damaged and the vendor would not replace it. Sonia's crew repaired it during the installation.  When the county inspectors checked the work, they were impressed with the quality of the installation. I will definitely use Classic Kitchens and Bathrooms for any future work.

 Classic Kitchen and Bath completely renovated a house that I had just purchased, that had not been renovated since it was built, in 1960.

  Owner, Sonia Shoeman, closely managed the project, while her crew, led by master carpenter, Yanco, attacked the old house, gutting the kitchen and two baths, before rebuilding them, exactly as I had requested.  Many times new problems were found, which were addressed and corrected, rather than simply covering them over because they were not initially identified in the estimate.

    I am very particular about finish details.  Sonia and Yanco made sure that I was completely satisfied with each step of the renovation. The quality of the work was excellent and at a reasonable price.

   I would highly recommend Classic Kitchen and Bath for high quality remodeling of any kitchen or bath.

She called my son just prior to arrival, had a look at his bathroom.  Made some measurements.  They talked about how all the old Florida baths were pink or seafoam green.  She took his e-mail address and said it would be 2-3 days for an estimate and she'd e-mail it to him.  He has had  no response.  His calls are not returned and he received no e-mail estimate.  She was punctual, there was just no follow through.

Sonia met with me and did a great job using my vision to remodel the 1985 bathroom to a thing of beauty. She went above and beyond my expectations in providing top quality workmanship and was always ready to make any last minute changes I requested. My husband passed away in the midst of the remodel and she was very quick to work around my time constraints. Her crew was punctual, polite and helped me on some things that were outside the project scope. I would highly recommend her for any future project.

Classic Kitchens did a great job on the remodel of my condo. They were meticulous about their work.  Every detail was seen to. Of course every job has it's problems and the contractor did not let this slow him down. They did quality work and I am completely satisfied.
