U DIRTY DOG PET GROOMING

Donny and Sara were absolutely wonderful. They took their time with her and let her rest between her bath and clip. They obviously love dogs. They also clipped her rather than just shaving her like most groomers do. She looked great when I picked her up and she was not at all stressed. I would highly recommend U Dirty Dog!

Whatever you want done to the dog, everybody there knows how to do it. My dogs doesn't bark or anything they just go with the flow.

She's fantastic. I use her once every six weeks and I have six little dogs. There's about four or five women who work in there and they are all elder women. They are absolutely fantastic with the dogs and they have their own little Chihuahuas that run around the place. I can't even tell you enough about them. It took me a long time to find somebody that I really like because I'm from New York and I was very dissatisfied with the way a few people handled the dogs. They were rough, rude and mean. Some of them have bruises when they come back because they are tiny and they yap a lot but these people are just so loving. I even bring my oldest dog which is fourteen and I have never let anyone touch her. She's completely an arthritic and they take her in. Their places are amazing and if we have more than one dog, they discount. They are just so loving and they get to love our dogs. They know them by name and they are just so sweet. All those women there are just so wonderful. We can't bring our cats anywhere because they are crazy and also their skin tears. So if they lick them their skin literally tears, it doesn't bleed but the next layer of skin shows and it's terrible. They were terrific with my cat. I was so happy because even in New York when I used to take it to the vet they used to give them an anesthetic and then shave them. She's a long haired Persian. Their cost was just next to nothing. A couple of them get groomed and a couple of them get only bath. They also clip everybody's nails. They are just so terrific. Another great thing about them is that if we bring them home and we don't like the way they've clipped them or if we want something else done and if we bring them back within seven days, they do it for free. They are fantastic and really great. They are just so kind. Their quality of work is excellent. Their responsiveness is wonderful. They answer the phone, make our appointments and set them all in. If we just want to bring one at a time they manage everything. They are really very good. They are fast and professional. It's a home atmosphere and it's really nice. My sister uses them now and I also have recommended them to others in my area.

Our shih tsu/maltese (Baby) loves going to U Dirty Dog! They do a great job and don't overcharge. Services are always completed by the time they say it will be. I never have to worry about her when she goes there... She always looks great when I pick her up, too!

The place was very crowded when we went in and smelled terrible. It wasn't clear who was in charge and who would be taking care of our dog. When we were explaining what we wanted there were so many distractions it was hard to assess if the person had heard us. The place had dog hair all over the floor and it did not seem sanitary. When we picked him up the cut was okay but the dog smelled worse than when he went in for four or five days because the smell of the place had permeated his coat.

They're prices are very reasonable. They're excellent. I would recommend them and use them again.

What a great experience! I have tried so many groomers that I had given up and was going to try to groom my doodle myself. Before doing this I decided to try once more and google searched groomers in our area and then checked Angie's list for reviews. I am so glad that I tried one more time. After being to so many different groomers, our dog was very nervous. He would not even go in to the shop. They came and helped me get him in and then sat and petted him while they talked to me. I got to sit with Missy, the groomer that would take care of our dog, and as we talked my dog relaxed. Then she even brought out her dog so that our dogs could meet and my dog would have even more of a comfort as I left him. I can not tell you how much I appreciated this. She took her time with him, so that he would feel comfortable and safe. He looked fabulous when I picked him up! I am so happy. Missy did a wonderful job and we now have a groomer for our dog. There is more than one groomer here and when you walk in you can see all of them grooming the dogs. Every one of them seemed to really love the animals and care about grooming them.

The visit was great, Luke looked so handsome when I picked him up.
I am new to Angie's List but not new to U Dirty Dog. They are the best!!!! I love taking my Bichon Frise, Luke there. They are so good to him and ALWAYS accommodate me. Last year when I put my 13 year old Bichon, Sadie to sleep they were amazing. I always enjoy my experience.

We had a great experience with U Dirty Dog! The ladies were very friendly and accommodating - we called and were able to get in the very same day. Their prices were $10 less than our previous groomer, and they listened to what we said we wanted and performed a great groom on our dog. We will definitely be back!
