Had a very bad experience with this company and the owner Angie. My grout is a totally different color now. Not what I was promised. I wish I would have interviewed more people.

Fantastic! Better than anticipated. Angie is wonderful to work with. She examined the job carefully, sent pics and consulted with her team. She explained exactly what they could do and gave me a reasonable quote. The gentleman that did the job was meticulous and the results were outstanding. I would definitely use them again!

We can’t say enough about Brian, he was here three days replacing shower floor. Brian did an excellent job, we feel the the shower looks better than when we built the house. The floors and counter top looks great. Brian is precise in the jobs he takes on. We can’t leave out Angie, the owner. Angie worked with us and was a pleasure to work with. If you are looking to replace your shower floor or have grout work done, we would highly recommend Angie to get things started and Brian to get it done. Grout works is a great company to work with and get the job done right.

Our house is 4 months old. There was a problem with the original installation of the tile that lead the grout lines to be "bleached" and turn from brown to a gray. The builder's warranty dept. brought in grout works to stain the grout back to the correct color. They sent a two man team who were prompt and courteous. Everything was done was described and completed on time. The final grout color looks great.

The quote process, the scheduling and the work went exceptionally well -- everyone was punctual, responsive and professional. The team re-grouting the bathrooms were craftsman. Delighted with the result. Overall -- fantastic experience!

The job was estimated to take 2 days and was completed per the estimate. Brian, the person who did the work, showed up on time, was very courteous, kept us informed on his progress, and did a highly professional job. He took pride in his work and made sure the job was done correctly. He answered all our questions, and gave us a complimentary bottle of PH neutral cleaning solution for our use. When he was done, he ensured the room was left clean.

Do not recommend this company. Was given 2 options for service, chose option 2 and had to pay for option 1 and 2 when owner was clear I had the option of choosing option 1 versus 2 with two different total amounts. Never received the "free" ph neutral bottle for cleaning. Had to call multiple times for scheduling to have service completed. Poor communication and follow up during service. Was not told to move furniture/rugs out of the way and had all grout around furniture/rug done without any single piece of furniture/rugs moved and no work done underneath furniture/rugs. When inquired about it, owner said it was on the contract. She had verbally told me that work would take two days due to having to move furniture. Had damage to furniture and rugs that were not moved during regrouting. Had to request somebody to come back to do areas that were missed. Multiple chips to marble. Areas that had been previously filled were redone due to damage but color did not match. Poor professionalism. Pictures show finished work with areas that still need to be regrouted and original had written estimate with the two different prices for option 1 and 2.

It is a shame that you can't recognize and appreciate that you having a very heavy furniture obligated us to bring two guys for a job that just required 1 technician, just to move your furniture. It is a shame you are talking about the quote here, when this company honored the price you understood was giving it to you at first. It is a shame you talk about poor professionalism of our technicians when the only thing they did was demonstrated you the hard work and dedication on your floors. I'm honestly glad that you won't try hire us again."

CROOKS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . ANGIE THE OWNER IS A DICTATOR AND VERY NASTY. SHE DEMANDED THAT I USE THE COLOR SEAL COLOR SHE WANTED AND THEN HAD THE GAUL TO TELL ME WHAT DAY AND TIME-I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT RESCHEDULE. SHE WONT DO THE WORK SHE PROMISED TO DO. SHE CHANGES PRICES-EVEN THOUGH I HAVE IT IN THE CONTRACT. SHE CHARGES ME FOR WORK SHE NEVER DID. MY FLOOR IS FILTHY AND HER WORKERS CHIPPED AND SCRATCHED MY FILES-SCRATCHED UP MY EXPENSIVE FURNITURE-SHE REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THE JOB WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE IN 3 DAYS-THIS IS WHAT SHE PROMISED. IT IS NOW MONTHS LATER AND THE WORK ISNT COMPLETED AS PROMISED. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I chose Groutworks based on the reviews on Angies List and I am so glad they handled this problem. From first contact with the lovely and friendly receptionist, to the gentleman who provided the quote, to the tile professionals who preformed the work I found them to be helpful, friendly and and most interested in doing a great job. Pride in their work was evident and was much appreciated. The tile was covered in an awful grout haze. When they left, and they had to go over it twice the tile looked amazing. As I arrived at the house as they were finishing they literally were scrubbing the grout with a tooth brush. We are very grateful for the wonderful job they did and would highly recommend Groutworks.

They promised the could clean the tile and possibly get the grout back new or close. The did a horrible job on the tile and didn’t even try to clean the grout. They told me to have the dark grout replaced and regrouted. Thery good at painting grout and sealing. Not cleaning existing grout. When they were done the tile was dirty and filmy. I had to clean it myself. I used Stanley Steemer back home and did an excellent job. These people rip you off. I would not let them do anything again. Their frauds..

Grout works came in and renewed the floors like original. It is truly unbelievable and saves you a heck of alot of money rather than buying new tile and getting installed. They communicated every step of the way and were very profession from the owner Angie, to the front office to the installers.

When I received the quote I was given the option of cleaning and clear coat, or cleaning and color seal. There was only a couple hundred dollars between the two options, but after discussing with the rep. I selected the clear coat because he told me that if the appearance of the cleaned tile was not satisfactory, I would be able to go with the color seal option. No problem. The cleaning team arrived and the lead tech also questioned whether I wanted to go with the color seal. Again, I asked if I could decide after the cleaning - he agreed, and even told me he had the color on his truck. After the first couple of rooms, I noticed the cleaning seemed to be spotty - some areas were very clean, some looked like they had not been touched. I took a rag, and rubbed one of the dirty areas, and sure enough - it came clean. I pointed this out to the tech. After consulting with the rep. who sold the job to me, they told me they had a plan using a smaller brush and a new chemical. Okay. So, I checked after a bit and it looked like the areas were coming clean. The tech told me, all was well. I had several calls to make so I let them go at it. Some time later, I noticed that they were finishing the clear coat. I was never shown the final cleaning, or given the option to color seal. Upon inspecting floors, I found many, many areas where there was noticeable dirt – these were not just areas where the dirt didn’t come up, but areas where it was obvious that the techs had not cleaned. Close to the edge of the walls, under a table and around the table legs (why didn’t they move the table??). So, I have 2 complaints. The first - that the cleaning was not thorough enough, and second that I was never given that final option to inspect and possibly go with the color seal. If I had been given the option to inspect, this could have been a success story. I will say the owner was very concerned over my dissatisfaction, and did offer to do a color seal for the price of a cleaning in 6 months. That’s something, but it still means I have to live with this for 6 months and then pay for addnl services. We’ll see if that experience is any better – if so, I will provide updated review.

I removed most of the old grout and caulking from the walls and floor. I also cleaned the walls and floor a couple of times. I then had Groutworks come in and put in new grout and caulking. The technician "Juancho" did an outstanding job. He really cared about doing a first rate job and ensuring that we were happy. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Juancho did. I would definitely hire again

Wonderful! John came out to give an estimate. He was punctual and polite. He showed me exactly what the tile grout would end up looking like. He cleaned an painted a section for me and I liked it on the spot. Their price matched other companies who only clean, not paint the grout, so it was a no-brainier for us. Booking them was really easy. Angie fit me in right away. The ONLY problem was the workers ran late both times they came out. But, they were polite, friendly, and efficient. One worker came the second time to drop off the paint sample we had forgotten to get from them. While he was here, he scraped off and painted over a stain I had made--nice extra effort!
