"The plumber who came out was very capable and thorough. He was friendly and professional. He explained the job and the various options for repair. I should also mention that he came out on a Sunday. He went above and beyond the stated repairs to complete the job satisfactorily. My only complaint was their prices were very high for replacing a garbage disposal. Because we had an emergency situation, we didn’t feel we the option to shop around. However, I am very happy with the quality of work."

"Kurt did an excellent job. He was prompt and if he was to be late (more than one day project) his office called me to let me know. He did quality work, efficient, he did what he said he was going to do, He provided an estimate prior to the projects and when he completed the projects the total was adjusted to a lesser amount because he didn't need to do some of the work - that speaks to integrity. My ONLY complaint is that WE live in another state and would not be able to use him for OUR home. (this is our mothers home). We will use him again!"
