"I called Don because my disposal and dishwasher stopped working. He did some terrific troubleshooting and got the dishwasher back into service. He found the trouble to be with the breaker switch but also that the disposer had shorted out (I'll call for warrantied service). While here, he cleaned out the disposal (yuck) and the kitchen sink drain, as well. Also, at my request, he figured out how to fix the outlet so that those two 3-prong plugs will now fit without being jammed together. Smart guy! His service was tip-top -- prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, and very reasonable on the charge."

Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am. Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. We would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. "Overall great experience, quality workmanship, quick install and best price of the 5 quotes I received. I believe the clean up afterwards was not that great and they could have spent an extra half hour on this. But overall I would hire them again even though the clean up was not ideal the other portions of the service were 10 out of 10. Highly recommend! I was a home inspector here in Fl for a few years."
